What worried me most was the pain after the operation and how the recovery would go. But I needn’t have worried. Now I only feel a slight discomfort, which is perfectly bearable. The doctor did everything very carefully, placing the implants under the muscle via an incision beneath the breast, and I’m already happy with the result. Sensitivity is back to normal. I’m sleeping better too. I’m very grateful to the whole team for their support and professionalism. My best advice to other women planning this operation is: the main thing is not to be afraid and to trust the doctor – he’s a pro.

If I had to give advice to a friend, I’d tell her that recovery is no walk in the park. Fifteen days after the operation, my pain is moderate and manageable, but sleeping is still difficult and my nipples are hypersensitive. What’s more, the range of motion in my arms is severely restricted. The decision to go for the dual-plane technique with the incision under the breast feels right. The surgeon and the clinic were good. I was less satisfied with the staff and the organisation. There’s room for improvement there. Although I mentioned information or queries on several occasions, they were either ignored or people talked around the issue. Communication with the nurses was difficult at times due to their limited English. My best tip for recovery: having someone to accompany you is very important, as you are very dependent on others in all sorts of everyday situations. A water bottle with a straw and tops that open at the front are practical and make the first few weeks easier.

My biggest worry was feeling rushed on the day of surgery, and that part was challenging. I would request the many forms that need reading and signing prior to your visit, because being asked to understand what you’ve read and sign on the day when one is feeling anxious and nervous is not ideal. Despite this, my surgeon was fantastic and I felt confident with the dual plane technique used. The results so far are good. Recovery takes time. At 15 days, I'm still struggling to sleep and have some mild discomfort and slightly numb nipples. I feel that a leaflet detailing what to expect in the coming weeks would have been beneficial.

If you are hesitating then don't. This is the first time I've travelled abroad for cosmetic surgery and it felt really daunting. However the team, the hospital and the hotel were amazing. Everything is stress free. You are met at the airport and from the moment you meet your coordinator you are supported through the process. I had a mini tummy tuck and breast implants. I am over the moon with the results. I've waited a long time to do this and can only say, after my own experience, dont worry, just do it. No risks are taken. I liked the organisation of the question. There was a transfer, a good 4*-hotel. In the clinic I liked the speed of preparation for the operation. I did not have time to be frightened)). There was an interpreter nearby, which contributed to my calm state. In general I liked the clinic and the staff. The food in the hotel and clinic could be improved a bit (add meat or fish dishes). I am satisfied with the result, which speaks of the doctor's professionalism, and that is the main thing.

I bitterly regret having had the operation there. I had no choice about the shape of my implants I wanted an operation under the muscle They put the implants above the muscle I'm sad and disappointed I paid €4550 plus the flight and got €5000 for them If I'd had the operation at home in Belgium I would have paid the same price and got what I wanted I regret my choice so much
