I would like to thank Bukimed Service and Medipol Clinic, Istanbul, Turkey. These are true professionals, thank you that Ukrainians also have the opportunity to receive decent medical care and hope for the best. For those who have chosen treatment for themselves in Istanbul, we can say that you will not regret it. High-level support, organization, doctors and equipment! And the prices are pleasantly surprised, they are 3-4 times lower than the prices in Israel and Europe (before that they were treated in and received further consultations in one of the Israeli clinics), the only thing you want to warn is that if you need a translator, then don't expect him to be around you 24/7. He is accompanying several patients at the same time, and also in Turkey a low percentage of English-speaking and Russian-speaking doctors and citizens. Hello, This is not the first time that I have been a patient from Turkmenistan at the Medipol Clinic. What can I say the doctors and staff are very friendly, helpful. The translator, which was provided by the Clinic, was very polite, it was immediately clear that the Specialist was in charge, there were no problems with the translation. I would recommend this hospital to all patients, but only I think one minus is that the price for the examination is high. Concerning Bookimed, I am very glad that Alexey and Varvara, very responsive guys working with this team, help me solve all problems in a difficult situation. Thank you very much. Guys for their help and I hope for further cooperation with you.

Good afternoon. In October 2019, my dad (who needed to undergo a Pat-CT examination with gallium 68 (psma) visited the Medipol University Hospital. The impressions are different from the coordinators and the hospital itself. Everything is very coordinated and thought out. The coordinators "led" us starting from Ukraine and ending with serving in Ukraine. So I really want to thank Anna, Olga, Zulfiya, Elmira, Babadzhan and others for their attention and support. At the hospital we underwent a qualified examination, consultation (though we had to pass additional tests, which were are necessary for the doctor) and the recommendations of the necessary doctors (the translator Elmira was always there, so we understood everything). Everything was at a very high level. The next day, after the examination, we received all the documents in Turkish and within a week they sent me translations in English and Russian languages by e-mail. After 3 months, my dad and I plan to fly for re-examination. I really hope that this time the team of coordinators will also work 100%! Guys! Thank you very much!

Met at the airport. We also found a hotel, a transfer from the hotel to the clinic and back was provided for free, as well as an interpreter. A good clinic, experienced doctors, responsible, you can immediately see that they want to help and not just cut down money. Everything is expensive, but I am very satisfied, although there is no treatment for my disease today, but they made a diagnosis and gave recommendations.

Bookimed stuff is very helpful and quick to response. Airport transfer: I don't know what really was wrong, but we couldn't find the Medipol representative upon arrival at the airport. So I had to contact the coordinator, and then talk to somebody else, and then again to somebody else until finally the Medipol representative apparently (the guy didn't have any sign of belonging to the medical center: no ID or placard on him) found us after about 1 hr of waiting and calling. And then we had to wait for the car to arrive. So I guess informing the patients about meeting places/transfer times/contact details at the airport would be a good idea. Overall we had a good impression of Medipol. As for the medical stuff, the doctor seemed experienced and professional. He didn't ask us to do any unnesessary tests, but only those that really were relevant and required. I'm currently following the treatment scheme, so the time will show... The translator, Babadjan, is very responsible and reliable, helpful and organised. I'm really happy that we had him to accompany us. The hotel, Rotana, was very nice and clean, the stuff was friendly and helpful, they really care about their guests. Great breakfast. Thank you very much, Bookimed and Medipol teams, it is really very important and appreciated when things are taken care of and organised.

Good day. The trip was top notch. The staff of the hospital surprised me very spicyly, thanks a lot to Svetlana and Virginia, they really helped everyone! Doctor, this is generally separate. The doctor was professorial, he was helped to help bring the disease into remission, he made a diagnosis and we are waiting for a transplant. Thanks separately to the doctor who examined us on arrival, she took a bone marrow analysis. Skillful hands, pleasant and professional in their field! The trip itself is organized very cool. We lived near the clinic, we even went on foot ourselves, if there was a desire, the food was tasty and varied! Thank you for everything! We will be back, we are still in the clinic Medipol Mega to do transplantation!

The impression about the clinic itself was not very, often made nervous, dragged time, I can’t say anything about the professor either. Five minutes talk for $ 120 a bit too much. The clinic itself is not bad, in my opinion, a lot of clients have simply gathered and cannot cope with such volume, and here we are not talking about the desire to help, just money. Мі біли in the clinic Medipol in May 2019 on examination. The level of medical care of the Clinic, the medical staff, we really liked, we are satisfied. In the hotel, where mі lived, a very functional room, everything you need, well fed. Bіli problems with bed linen: in any way we could not get a full set. The transfer is organized remarkably, the only thing is that upon arrival it is difficult to expect more people, especially a sick person. Bookimed a separate THANKS for the information and the provision of travel support services. Accompanying Bilo at the highest level. After all, they felt the attention and support, because they were calm. The only thing that I wanted to pay attention. The trip was prepared for several months, I took air tickets, and I found out that I needed to prepay on the eve of the flight. In addition, mi bіli two days in total. And they came to the oncologist between the patients, for some reason they did not register. And the investigation, for which mi went, we were appointed on the day of departure, literally in front of the plane. We do not know where the failure occurred. But, on the whole, we are satisfied with the result of mi and plan to go there again. P.S. I want to mention the quality of the translation of Babacan. Brilliantly!

Everything is great, translators work well, they even ask themselves what interests you, what questions there are, translators meet, do not leave during all procedures, always with patients, never give up. They control how they send the transfer to the hotel and how they take it from the clinic.
