How Much Does Brow lift Cost in Mexico City?

Brow lift in Mexico City typically costs from $2,800 to $4,900. Final costs depend on the surgical technique, surgeon expertise, and if you choose a combined facial rejuvenation. Patients save around 97% compared to the US, where this procedure costs $11,000 on average. Fees usually include surgical facility costs, anesthesiology, and initial follow-up care.

  • Technique: Endoscopic methods typically add 15-20% to the cost compared to traditional open surgery.
  • Surgeon experience: Certification by CMCPER often results in higher fees for senior plastic surgeons.
  • Combined surgery: Pairing a brow lift with blepharoplasty often provides better overall value than separate procedures.
  • Anesthesia type: General anesthesia is more expensive than local anesthesia with sedation for minor lifts.

Bookimed Expert Insight: Mexico City is the country's hub for high-precision facial surgery, hosting specialists with broader international certifications than those in border cities. For example, Dr. Jose Cortes at the José Cortés Institute is a pioneer in ultrasonic techniques and holds ASPS and ISAPS memberships. Choosing a clinic within a major hospital like Ángeles del Pedregal provides immediate access to diverse medical departments if needed.

Data verified by Bookimed as of September 2026, based on patient requests and official quotes from 275 clinics worldwide. Median costs are based on real invoices (2025–2026) and updated monthly. Actual prices may vary.

My Coordinator was EXCELLENT! She was knowledgeable and helped me with every detail from transportation to hotel accommodations to restaurants to shopping
If you're considering under-eye fillers, here’s my practical take on the process. The planning was very smooth. My "Coordinator was EXCELLENT! She was knowledgeable and helped me with every detail from transportation to hotel accommodations to restaurants to shopping." The doctor was meticulous, injecting carefully and slowly while checking for symmetry. It is too early to tell the final result. One thing to be aware of is the language dynamic. "Most of the staff was bilingual; however, the doctor was not so this required nursing staff translation. I would have been more comfortable if the doctor answered my questions directly versus using a translator. This was just a preference. It did not minimize the excellent treatment that was provided. I definitely plan to return for services and will be prepared by learning conversational Spanish." A key tip: understand prices are per syringe, so the final cost is determined on-site. I had no additional expenses. Paying with cash is cheaper, but not all local ATMs dispense US dollars.
