Neck lift in Ankara: Best Clinics and Costs 2026

My arrival at Istanbul airport was smooth and efficient. I was met and transported to my hotel. My hotel was lovely. Transportation from hotel to hospitals on time and efficient. I met my advocate at international patient area, she had everything under control, all tests lined up and doctor appointments were fabulous. My advocate translated to my language at every appointment. I’m very happy with the service and I felt very “looked after”. My outcome is excellent and I’m so very glad I had the best doctor and best care.

I am very pleased I went through Bookimed to book my necklift surgery. Confidence, my assigned medical co-ordinator was excellent. She answered every question I had and I had lots of them. She did her best to make sure all my needs were met. Dr. Gürhan Özcan is truly a professor and I was lucky I got him to perform my surgery. Along with his expertise, he is also kind and very caring. I even asked him on the spur of the moment to do a temporal brow lift together with the necklift. I will be forever grateful that he did, as I am 100% happy with the results. I highyly recommend this clinic.

I had excellent communication from Bookimed with regards to information on how to find out more about having surgery abroad. My medical co-ordinator was always just a quick text message away and answered any and all of my queries quickly and professionally. I settled on a particular surgeon, hospital, hotel and price. I paid the required deposit and flew out to Istanbul on the agreed date. As promised, I was met at the airport and taken by car to the hotel, signed in and shown to my room. The next day as arranged, I was picked up from the hotel and taken to Hisar Hospital Intercontinental for the pre-op tests and met with my surgeon to discuss and go over everything. The interpreter was always on hand to help with any language problems. The surgeon was very nice, professional and informative. About 30 mins after paying the outstanding balance I was told there seemed to be a problem regarding the cost of the procedure I was having. The upshot was, they expected me to pay 1500 euro on top of the agreed sum of 5000 euro which I'd already paid. Even though I provided copies of the text messages which outlined what was included in the procedure. I was shown into an office where it was made clear that if I didn't pay this extra sum, there would be no operation. I managed to get the sum reduced to 500 euro, but felt I had been forced/tricked/mugged into handing over more money than was agreed with Bookimed. The hospital blamed Bookimed, saying they should have been more explicit in their description of what's included in that particular procedure, even though one of the messages from the surgeon outlined the exact details of the procedure! I am disgusted at how I was treated and expect something to be done about it. I do want to point out that my treatment from the hospital nursing staff and my surgeon was wonderful, but be it the fault of the hospital admin department or Bookimed, this type of thing like this needs to be rectified. I won't ever use or recommend either establishment again.

My Experience at Dr. Med’ Clinic The team was absolutely wonderful. The surgery went smoothly, and I’m truly grateful to Dr. Yunus, all the clinic staff, and especially Dr. Yunus and Akylay. Everything was organized professionally, with care and efficiency. I underwent a deep plane facelift and neck lift, as well as upper and lower blepharoplasty. Overall, I am very satisfied with both the results and the service. My only suggestion would be this: for such major plastic surgeries, the patient should ideally stay at the clinic for at least 3 days under medical supervision. This is essential for proper recovery and peace of mind. Also, I would prefer that Dr. Yunus personally performs the bondage changes, as he does them best — and it noticeably speeds up the healing process. Aside from that, everything was top-notch: the team is responsive, caring, and highly professional. Thank you all for your care and excellent work!

The surgeon did a good job and gave me good advice. I would recommend him. The nurses and staff were nice, everything was very clean, and the food was very good. I did feel a few times that I was glad I was working with Bookimed and not directly with the clinic management: that the Bookimed team was going the extra mile to ensure a high standard of post-operative care. The medical coordinator who made the appointment for me and provided support throughout was really outstanding. The experience would have been totally different without him.

Overall, it was outstanding. I was taken back by the fact the staff was smoking cigarettes in the exam area when we were getting our checkups done on the first day. Our final day checkout was less than smooth. As for everything else, our nurses were quite professional and attentive, and our support staff was excellent! Our Doctor deserves his own mention. He is a master at his craft. All of our initial concerns melted away in our first meeting with him. What he has given us is worth more than all the money in the world. We are eternally grateful!

I’m so happy that I decided to use bookimed and found my doctor Dr. Safa Manav through them. It was a tedious and time consuming process to find a doctor but bookimed made it easier. The coordinator Defne was the first person who contacted me. Defne is just extremely helpful and great! She’s absolutely an asset to his clinic. She’s always there whenever I have a question. Doctor Safa is so nice and down to earth and I felt very comfortable with him. I chose him because he is an expert and double board certified. The whole team was very supportive and service was excellent! I highly recommend Dr. Safa Manav’s clinic.

On April 2nd, I underwent a facelift and neck lift surgery at Doctor Med Clinic with Dr. Aykut Gok. The surgery was successful, and the doctor was very attentive to my wishes. His skills are exceptional, and everything was done meticulously, with no bruising. I'm delighted to have chosen this clinic and this doctor, and I can only recommend them to everyone. The medical staff is very attentive and professional. I also thank consultant physician Narmina for the detailed and comprehensive online consultation and the bookimed employee for gathering information on clinics in Turkey. I would especially like to highlight the work of my coordinator, Mukhlisa, who provided all the necessary information from my arrival until departure and accompanied me at every stage, leaving none of my questions unanswered. Thanks to her, my entire stay was organized excellently.

I liked absolutely everything, from the beginning of how I was greeted to how I was taken to the airport, what a wonderful service, considering the fact that I don’t know any language at all except Russian! God, what a gorgeous Doctor and Handsome Man as an actor and his hands are simply golden! I am very pleased that I chose the Medipunto clinic among many others. Everything was at a high level, excellent ward, honey. the staff is very attentive and conscientious. To be honest, I was very afraid, but I was reassured that everything would be fine and really everything went at the highest level. Dr. Empibey has golden hands and he is professional.

I did like the doctor: Derya Bingol and her assistants, but I didn't like the hospital It was very old fashion and they give me hard food instead of Fluid food so my partner needs to make me food I can drink and they wake my partner up to help me eat at night instead of the staff help me.

Recommend!!! The doctor is knowledgeable and attentive to requests and requests. The work is very neat. The price is absolutely adequate. Thank you very much to the staff of the clinic! The post-operative period was easy. Once again, many thanks to all the staff.
