I am grateful to all the people at Quartz Clinic and bookimed who were involved in this important event for me and helped me to have a positive experience without a single negative
I can leave a positive review about Quartz Clinic and the bookimed service. There were some fears during communication with the service (especially after encountering negative reviews on the internet), but in the end I was satisfied with my experience. From the service I was supported by the manager Ekaterina. I would also like to leave her a positive feedback for her quick and competent answers in WhatsApp. All the conditions of the clinic were in full conformity with reality. And as for Quartz Clinic: a modern clinic with good service, friendly staff and doctors. In addition to my surgery, the service package included a good hotel and a transfer (even when I changed my hotel at my own request, I was still picked up by a transfer to another address not close to the clinic). The clinic was attentive to me and my words (and fears of the surgery itself), which really eased my worries. My coordinator at the clinic, Ali, made a huge difference to my experience as a whole, being really human and supporting me during the surgery with his communication, distracting me from my creepy feelings. And also always stayed in touch on messenger, giving full feedback, answering my queries. The surgery itself was excellent, the doctor inspired confidence in me and I found him to be absolutely competent, I would go to him again for any surgery with confidence. I am grateful to all the people at Quartz Clinic and bookimed who were involved in this important event for me and helped me to have a positive experience without a single negative.

I had otoplasty at the Quartz clinic via Bookimed, Everything went really well, from the transport from the airport to the hotel, including the operation and the return journey. The clinic staff were very pleasant and professional, the surgeon did a very good job, I'm satisfied with the result, and the translator also did his job. I may come back for another surgery. you made it all feel a great experience
I travelled solo for treatment and the support I received from the start of booking with Bookimed before travelling whilst at my clinic and on my return home was great always there to support me and my clinic in Istanbul was fantastic that they recommended would definitely use Bookimed again if was thinking of any more treatment they found quartz clinic in Istanbul for my otoplasty so pleased with everything thanks you made it all feel a great experience

They don't do 3D modeling. And this is very bad, because there is no way to see the final result. I had rhinoplasty and liked the results. And otoplasty, I’m not at all happy with the result, it feels like it’s gotten worse, now they’ve become very crooked, especially the terrible view from the back. but I hope when the swelling goes away, the situation will be a little better.

The whole experience has been amazing. The Bookimed team were fantastic. The team at Quartz clinic, where I had the treatment were also amazing. The facilities, procedure, staff, hotel, everything was fantastic, I am so happy. I had otoplasty (ear plastic surgery) to change the shape of my ears and I'm overwhelmed with the results. Everything was perfect from the beginning
Everything was perfect from the beginning. Transfer, hotel, staff, clinic, and the results apparently are very good. I am really surprised with everything. The hotel was in perfect location, clinic in the best area of the city. They offered me an amazing view of Turkey, just be careful with taxi drivers, they try to scam you, but this is a different question. Thanks

Yesterday I came home and when I am looking in the mirror I am happy to see new and beautiful me😇
I am very satisfied with my first experience of appearance transformation because I encountered a highly qualified and professional approach. I had a complex surgery (hair transplant, otoplasty, rhinoplasty). I was prepared for a long and agonizing rehabilitation. But... not at all! Everything was organized and executed at a very high level. No pain, but a perfect result. The doctors are open to your comments. After the otoplasty I did not like my left ear and I told my doctor about it. He made corrections immediately. Yesterday I came home and looking in the mirror I am happy to see myself new and beautiful😇
High doctor and patient cooperation. Doctors ready to assist and open for remarks. Post surgery care. Medical stuff very kind and attentive.

Very nice staff. Dr.Leyla was amazing. She understood my concerns of having otoplasty done for the second time to décorée thé my ear again and made sure I was relaxed by having 2 follow up appointments and car transports for every single travel.
Everything I mentioned before!
The only I thing I regret is not going under general anesthesia for this surgery which is my fault. But then again, my recovery after local anesthesia was much quicker and smoother because of that.

The whole experience was very good . The assistant I was given was Omar he was top class from start to finish he was there at my beckon call . All in the hospital were extremely friendly and nice .
