Our Doctor deserves his own mention

Overall, it was outstanding. I was taken back by the fact the staff was smoking cigarettes in the exam area when we were getting our checkups done on the first day. Our final day checkout was less than smooth. We had to fish out discharge and aftercare details. I also did not like the fact that they were always reluctant to take a credit card and wanted us to stop at ATMs for cash for some aftercare items. As for everything else, our nurses were quite professional and attentive, and our support staff was excellent! Our Doctor deserves his own mention. He is a master at his craft. All of our initial concerns melted away in our first meeting with him. What he has given us is worth more than all the money in the world. We are eternally grateful!

Watching my wife blossom back into the woman she wanted to see again. Babies suck and women should be given the option of reconstructive surgery as part of their post partum aftercare.

I’m so happy that I decided to use bookimed and found my doctor Dr. Safa Manav through them. It was a tedious and time consuming process to find a doctor but bookimed made it easier. The coordinator Defne was the first person who contacted me. Defne is just extremely helpful and great! She’s absolutely an asset to his clinic. She’s always there whenever I have a question. Doctor Safa is so nice and down to earth and I felt very comfortable with him. I chose him because he is an expert and double board certified. This place is a money hungry butcher shop. They sent me away with a terrible infection that landed me in another hospital for a month in intensive care and two more surgeries that cost twice as much. My legs look like show leather and are really butchered up. My face is still swollen and it’s been 2 months. This company is the worst company for healthcare and compassion. They got their money and left me to rot. No follow up care what so ever. I couldn’t even clean myself up. The infection was so bad. There was no support. The doctor said someone would come by and give me a shower and they went out of town. Someone that wasn’t part of the support system came to help me. I needed a professional. Just before I left I was septic. NO HELPED me at all. They ignored the symptoms I reported. They sent me out of the country without paperwork that I was fit to travel. Which I wasn’t. I was lucky to finally get home and check into a hospital immediately.

Nida🌼 was a godsend

I thought the doctor did an amazing job, and Nida🌼 was a godsend, but Sema was a terrible communicator and did not give me correct information many times. She said the shuttle was on its way, and we had to wait two hours before the Shuttle even came her translation skills are less than par, but overall, I was happy with the doctor and luckily I had Nida🌼 Nida!!’

I liked the communication with Bookimed. I liked communication with the coordinators and the doctor. I liked my driver and everyone was very nice. I hope my results will be as satisfactory as the experience so far! I was very happy that I did not have a lot of visible bruising or swelling. **Update ** after 4 months I am not as happy with my results as I thought I would be.

I like that the recovery is going well. I liked that the doctor explained things to me in a way that I could understand and it made sense. I liked the young gentleman that coordinated my rides and appointments.

I'm not sure what level of education the nurses had and did not feel quite as confident with them. I did not get discharge instructions which was very worrisome for me.

His Rude Unprofessional Assistant TUBA and her assistant who did us vitamin pills for €160 which you could buy fir €16 when I mentioned it to her she said they were out if date and not good ones then she started her tirad of bullying and rudness and we were stuck I. Turkey feeling vulnerable and since then no follow up instruction or any help although I have asked so many times
