Such an unparalleled, all-encompassing service is unthinkable in Germany!

My rather unexpected decision to have two implants fitted at the age of 76 was immediately put into action by Dentist Gürkan! He gave me excellent advice, then examined my jawbone using an X-ray, and after a further 45 minutes, the two implants were professionally and perfectly in place! His very, very friendly manner and steady hand made this procedure a truly memorable experience! My thanks also go to the entire team: the surgical assistant, the reception staff, as well as the German interpreter and the member of staff who drove me from the office to the Dent-Helen-Clinic and, after the treatment, to the nearest cash machine, and looked after me. The experience was really good they looked after me well and the clinic was very good the only problem I had was the price the whole procedure was £6000 and I have another £3900 to pay in December when I get my new teeth and the implants I’ve had don’t stick out of my gum you can’t even see them I hope there in there the implants my friend had they stuck out of his gum they was massive so that’s the only problem was how expensive the procedure was Yes my gums are stitched up still and yes I saw the scan with my implants in I’m very happy with the experience I really am I’ve no complaints I can’t wait to get my new teeth so thanks

However, getting the airport transfer meeting point information before I landed would have made that part of the trip easier. My surgeon clearly explained all the material options for the 5-6 crowns I received. Recovery is going about as expected. The clinic's support has been good; they provided a clear aftercare guide and are easy to reach. My advice for others is to ask about the recovery timeline for eating and to bring additional funds for anything not visible in initial photos—or send an X-ray beforehand if possible.

All staff were super welcoming, friendly and professional. Recovery is going well. My gums already look pink and healthy. I am still being very careful with everything, and my speech is adjusting to the new mini implants.

I now feel better than I expected

What worried me most was how such a large number of new crowns would look and feel. But my dentist was very attentive. He carefully checked my bite, matched the colour of the zirconia crowns to my teeth, and showed me the result before fitting them. In the end, I had more than seven crowns fitted, and I now feel better than I expected. The support from the clinic is also great — they’re always on hand. There were no additional costs. I’d advise future patients to ask straight away how many days the treatment will take, and to make sure they allow an extra two days for flights.

I didn’t say I was looking for a cheap clinic; I was looking for high-quality work. The dentist fitted 21 zirconia crowns. I’m not experiencing any discomfort or pain. A brilliant job. Many thanks to the dentist and the interpreter. The transfer service was excellent.

Be sure to check exactly how long it will take the clinic to carry out the dental work. Seven days is the minimum. Do not include the day of arrival or departure of your flight.

But most importantly, the doctor has golden hands, thank you for the excellent work! I had 12 Medentika implants placed, and now I feel better than I expected. The process was very well-coordinated. However, I had to lower the overall rating due to organizational issues: I was not informed in advance about the existence of implants of different quality and price, and unfortunately, there were unexpected problems with cashless payment.

An excellent team of professionals, everything is well-coordinated, clear, and understandable; a wonderful hotel with a sea view. Most importantly, heartfelt thanks to the doctors for their outstanding work!!!

There were issues with cashless payments, I was not informed that there are implants of varying quality and price, and there were problems with the cashless additional payment.
