The hotel is 5 stars, the room is very decent. Polite staff. Breakfast is also included. The next day, the operation (hair transplant) in the morning a car comes for me and we go to the clinic. First, I sign an agreement and they take a blood test from me. The haircut is already in the clinic, photographs are taken (as it was before and after) and we proceed to the operation itself. The clinic looks ordinary, not to say that it is super clean or very dirty. And now it's time for the operation itself. I will call it Turkish series. During the whole operation, employees talk about everything in the world. If only I had a couple more days like this and I would have learned Turkish (and this all happens above your head (30 cm). Anyone could come into the office at that time and some other doctors, employees, cleaning lady. The doctors themselves allow themselves to pick up the phone, talk. At some point, I would not be surprised if friends with a barbecue came to them, started making a barbecue, brought a toastmaster and played a wedding there. What can I say .... My biggest concern was choosing the right surgeon, but this turned out to be completely unfounded. I felt very well looked after right from the first point of contact. The doctor took plenty of time for the consultation, and the whole team at the clinic were professional and very caring, which made the whole process very straightforward for me. Everything went smoothly. Although my recovery is still ongoing, I am extremely satisfied with the care and organisation so far. If asked whether I would recommend the clinic, I would give it a clear 10 out of 10.

My biggest concern going into this was the recovery and if I would see real changes. The procedure itself was quick, involving two passes with the MOXI laser. My skin already feels smoother to the touch, and I can definitely see my dark spots fading, which is exactly what I hoped for. The clinic was so nice and beautiful. Staff was friendly and my doctor was very quick, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The price was so reasonable and I felt safe getting the injections. They provided numbing cream when I was in the waiting room which was very nice. The coordinator was helpful in making sure I knew where the locations were and what to expect.

I couldn’t of gone through this journey without Guifer, she’s been such an integral part of me committing to the surgery, before, during & aftercare she has held my hand throughout, even at 01:30am calling me to ensure I got into my cab to airport ok, incredible lady, backbone of the international clientele..Dr Esra & her team have been great, fantastic facilities, super clean/hygienic & Dr Esra is super knowledgeable, no 1 in her field, highly recommended…I’m looking forward to coming back next year for further works - this is day 3 of surgery, so far so good, will update later on actual results once swelling goes down - thank you to all!

My hair transplant experience in Turkey at Quartz Clinic Ahlem raddaoui was excellent — great medical service and professional staff. The only thing that could be improved is communication. They say support is available 24/7 via WhatsApp, but in reality, it seems there are specific hours when responses are quicker. It would help to know the real support hours. Everything about the experience was amazing! Our dermatologist Nur Afsar is way experienced beyond her years. I have never seen such dramatic yet subtle results in my life. I was with a few friends and no one had a cookie cutter outcome. Everyone had personalized recommendations and Nur is so low-key and easy to work with, you wanted to have a drink with her after!!! The rest of the staff was professional spoke amazing English and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
