When I decided to have an abdominoplasty, I found Bookimed..com by chance. And I will say right away that I have not regretted it. I want to emphasise my coordinator Ekaterina. She did a great job: at any time of the day!!!( sometimes I asked questions at 12 at night), she always answered me immediately. She was patient with all my requirements and tried to fulfil them as quickly as possible. I got a lot of suggestions from her and was able to choose a great surgeon. My operation at the clinic went very well right from the start. Communication and coordination were also very good. The clinic is ISO 9001 certified and is hygienically clean. The materials are of high quality and the doctor is empathetic and competent. The results of the abdominoplasty (tummy tuck and closure of the rectus diastasis) and breast augmentation are aesthetic and I am very satisfied.
My girlfriend was able to accompany me, which was included in the price.
There is still some room for improvement in the initial communication. Otherwise, everything went well.

If I ever want surgery if the future I would only ever book with Bookimed
From the day i contacted Bookimed they answered my within minutes. I explained the procedure i wanted to have and also explained how worried I was. They were very patient, reassuring and found me the best hospital and surgeon. Yasin my medical manager had been with me throughout my tummy tuck surgery. Istanbul Aesthetic Center was amazing and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Dr Ergin Er explained everything before my surgery and checked on me every day whilst at the hospital. Even when I left Istanbul and arrived home if I had a concern, I knew I could message Yasin and he always replies within minutes. I am so thankful to Bookimed, Istanbul aesthetic centre and Dr ergin er. If I ever want surgery if the future I would only ever book with Bookimed. I

If I had to say something bad, honestly the only thing I can think of; language barrier- if only the staff could speak english, it was difficult on times after my surgery to communicate with the nurses. But saying that they were excellent in my after care whilst at the hospital.

I stayed at the clinic for 6 days, good conditions, separate room, 3 meals a day. The medical staff was always on the phone, they helped in any situation. I was surprised that manipulations with blood (taking analyses, treatment of stitches after surgery) are carried out without disposable gloves, for this a huge minus. Consultations with the doctor were also very fast, he was always in a hurry. I had a lot of questions, but half of them remained unanswered. He does his job, but especially does not explain or tell anything. For me this is also a disadvantage.

I changed hotels to Cevahir Hotel Istanbul Asia
Ihsan was absolutely amazing! He is very friendly and always available. He is the best coordinator. I would recommend Ihsan to everyone 😁. Dr. Ali Ertan Capar and his surgical nurse, Jon, where very professional, personable, and accommodating. They checked on me regularly. I definitely recommend the doctor and his team. The doctor's office was very first class and clean. I loved the decor. The hospital staff used language translators to communicate. The food was not good at the hospital. Take your own breakfast bars. Suggestion: in future have the hospital provide water to patients. I was service lunch with no beverage. Thank GOD I was given several bottled water from Jon at his expenses. I would NOT recommend the A11 hotel. The breakfast is the same everyday. No room service. The elevator doesn't go to the lobby. The room was very small. The bed is very low. Difficult to get up after surgery. My room didn't get cleaned. No AC kept cutting off. The doorman does his best to assist. I changed hotels to Cevahir Hotel Istanbul Asia. This hotel was 5 star and fantastic! 24 hour room service! Very clean. My room was cleaned everyday. Most of the staff spoke English. Very good menu. The food was delicious. The room was spacious and had a water view. I could open the window for fresh air.
