When I decided to have an abdominoplasty, I found Bookimed..com by chance. And I will say right away that I have not regretted it. I want to emphasise my coordinator Ekaterina. She did a great job: at any time of the day!!!( sometimes I asked questions at 12 at night), she always answered me immediately. She was patient with all my requirements and tried to fulfil them as quickly as possible. I got a lot of suggestions from her and was able to choose a great surgeon. Now it is only 10 days after the operation and I can already see a good result, I am sure that the final result will be even better. The results of the abdominoplasty (tummy tuck and closure of the rectus diastasis) and breast augmentation are aesthetic and I am very satisfied
My operation at the clinic went very well right from the start. Communication and coordination were also very good. The clinic is ISO 9001 certified and is hygienically clean. The materials are of high quality and the doctor is empathetic and competent. The results of the abdominoplasty (tummy tuck and closure of the rectus diastasis) and breast augmentation are aesthetic and I am very satisfied.
My girlfriend was able to accompany me, which was included in the price.
There is still some room for improvement in the initial communication. Otherwise, everything went well.

If I ever want surgery if the future I would only ever book with Bookimed
From the day i contacted Bookimed they answered my within minutes. I explained the procedure i wanted to have and also explained how worried I was. They were very patient, reassuring and found me the best hospital and surgeon. Yasin my medical manager had been with me throughout my tummy tuck surgery. Istanbul Aesthetic Center was amazing and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Dr Ergin Er explained everything before my surgery and checked on me every day whilst at the hospital. Even when I left Istanbul and arrived home if I had a concern, I knew I could message Yasin and he always replies within minutes. If I had to say something bad, honestly the only thing I can think of; language barrier- if only the staff could speak english, it was difficult on times after my surgery to communicate with the nurses. But saying that they were excellent in my after care whilst at the hospital.

Christina, Bookimed coordinator, responded very quickly and on the same day picked up several options for me according to my needs. I chose Lokman Hekim Istanbul and Murat Yaman Plastic Surgeon. All arrangements and conditions were fulfilled to 1000❗️%. I am very satisfied with the Bookimed service, Lokman Hekim Clinic and Dr Murat Yaman, as well as a special thanks to the clinic's interpreter coordinator Olga, who was always in touch with me and made communication and understanding with the doctor possible. I arrived at night after the operation and until my supervisor from home arrived, a special thanks to him for that! None of the nurses moved!!! I stayed at the clinic for 6 days, good conditions, separate room, 3 meals a day. The medical staff was always on the phone, they helped in any situation. I was surprised that manipulations with blood (taking analyses, treatment of stitches after surgery) are carried out without disposable gloves, for this a huge minus. Consultations with the doctor were also very fast, he was always in a hurry. I had a lot of questions, but half of them remained unanswered. He does his job, but especially does not explain or tell anything. For me this is also a disadvantage.

My coordinator Marsela, went above and beyond to research the perfect Doctor and accommodate with all of her request for the best Doctor. She always answered my questions and followed up when needed. My surgery coordinators Zeynep and Hisham were amazing and followed up and Hisham was there in person from the pre-op to post op and both were there 24 hours a day when I needed them or just to make sure I was doing good following my surgery. Dr. Emre Ozenalp is a very skilled surgeon and is amazing. The cuts he made I will have little scarring due to being a skilled surgeon. Dr. Emre and his Nurses followed up everyday to check on my status. He’s Nurses are amazing and we’re very compassionate since I am a very modest person. I would highly recommend Bookimed, my surgery coordinators, and Dr. Emre and his Nurses. I am very amazed and super excited about my outcome of my surgery. My amazing husband who was by my side the whole and supported my decision was absolutely amazed and thanked Dr. Emre for the amazing work he did on my tummy tuck. I now have a flat tummy and no stretch’s marks. 💕

On March 20, 2024, I had an operation with Dr. Aykut Goka. I had abdominoplasty with suturing of diastasis, liposuction and breast augmentation. I have long dreamed of having surgery, because... after 3 births, the body did not look ideal. And my dream came true. The operation went well. She tolerated the anesthesia well.
