Hello, we are from Kazakhstan. Came here for diagnosis and treatment of my son. We really liked the clinic. Neurologist Barış Metin explained everything to us in detail. We learned a lot about my son's illness. My son has hydrocephalus and even after the tests we found out that he has epilepsy, the VP-shunt works at an accelerated rate, so my son did not develop. Considering the fact that lot more foreign patients visit Memorial, getting more English speaking staff and translators will make life a bit easier especially as some medical terms have no substitute words. I did not like the doctor and in general consultation 30 minutes of time...half of the time was spent on translation...the doctor did not look at the sent documents in advance...in fact 15 minutes consultation without conclusion for 220$.
