I would not hesitate to go back to this hospital and see the doctors and event for any other reason I would definitely come back to Turkey to the memorial Hospital
Dr and staff was amazing. They fulfilled their jobs are specialist. The translator we had was amazing. He explained majority of everything Hospital hospital cleanliness was superb.. I would not hesitate to go back to this hospital and see the doctors and event for any other reason I would definitely come back to Turkey to the memorial Hospital. I saw the cardiologist, lung specialist and also had stem cells Thank you
And all the run-up to the appointments and that the timing and everything was absolutely fantastic, even to look at my medication. What I was already taken, which I’m not sure if other on the right ones but the doctor changed them over which I’m hoping that this will work
Nothing to dislike

May the peace and mercy of God be with you. As a great program, the people who use it are great. The answer is excellent, but the last time was through MC Hospital Türkiye. The translator is a man named Issa. It is very weak in translation and does not translate. Why is this from the words of the doctor? Because the doctor spoke for a long time, and the translation was short, so there was a lot of things. It does not translate for me, and it did not benefit me at all, and the examination didn't help, doctor

"The doctor was really nice and understanding
I came to the consultation without documents (analyzes), the clinic replied that I was not ready to give a consultation without relevant documents, which I think was good. I can’t say the clinic is good or bad for the above reason.

They made a big issue about accepting GBP and didn’t let me leave the hospital until payment went through. Staff were rude and the translator Muhammed is ignoring my messages asking for a revised letter.

They were few people who could speak English. Also I was given the wrong information in whats app message about the treatment - they explained that I may need to stay in the hospital for two days and must stay in Turkey for 6 days etc.... Instead I was only given an injection into the knees which took 10 minutes to administer. I also had PRP hair - I wasn't told what is the value of this procedure. I found out it only helps to stop the hair falling out. To be honestly I will not use Turkey for medical services again. 1. There is a language barrier. 2. No one tells you what they are doing until you ask them. 3. The whats app message was not the treatment I received. 4. For the injection into my knees I paid 2500 dollars. This is a very high prices and I feel I was robbed. 5. I will not recommend treatment in this hospital to anyone.
About Bookimed service
Not really I am not sure whats app is the best way to keep in touch. I have no emails for the hospital to explain the treatment and procedures. I have no way to ask questions. To be more profession - all communication should be done through eails so thete ius evidence and an audit of the events. To be honest there was very little conversation. I got picked up and I waited in the hospital and I was returned to the hotel.
