I traveled from the US for the procedure. This was my first medical travel experience and my first time visiting Istanbul. I was welcomed at the airport by a friendly staff person from the clinic ( Mr. Zafer ) upon arrival and provided with transportation to my hotel. The hotel accommodations were excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel was centrally located. The hotel staff was friendly and serviceable, and in coordination with my contact person from the clinic Maryam, upon request, even arranged for a very nice boat and land tour of the city prior to the procedure. At all times, Maryam, my contact person from the clinic, provided excellent support and kept me informed about every step of the process. After settling in nicely at the hotel and taking in a full day of touring of the wonderful city of Istanbul, I was ready for the procedure. The clinic is housed in a modern state of the art building and the staff is experienced, professional and friendly. After consulting with the medical team, the specialist made his recommendations and answered all of questions and concerns thoroughly. The procedure was completed to my satisfaction by two specialist , Dr. XXX and Dr. XXX who worked tirelessly to deliver exceptional results and the clinic staff was excellent in their after care follow up treatment and monitoring. I am very happy with my decision to have had my hair transplant procedure at Adem and Havva Medical Center for the following reasons, the quality of the work ( the actual hair transplant) was exceptional, the delivery of service was exceptional at all stages of the process and finally the cost vs. having completed the procedure in a U.S. clinic - amounts to a small fortune of savings. A big thank you to all of the wonderful people at Adem and Havva Medical Center ! You are simply the best !

I contacted several medical cosmetic online services besides direct contact with other cosmetic surgeons offices, Bookimed were the fastest and most attentive.
I nominated one female surgeon but Bookimed suggested Dr Derya Bingol based on her high rating and patient satisfaction.
The plan was to remove my extra skin in lower abdominal area and to tighten the skin in my abdominal area. Dr removed about 1 kg of extra skin. The cut was clean and precise. Dr Derya had steady hand.
Pre surgery and while examination Dr. Bingol suspected that I have umbilical hernia. She requested me to do ultrasound, the ultrasound came positive. Fortunately the Dr asked help of one of her colleagues ( general surgeon)to help in fixing the haria. The surgery has no muscles tightening and it was successful. Dr. Bingol is very caring of her patients. I am currently planning nutrition and diet routine to contour my body as I prefer to do it naturally, without lipo or other procedures.
The nurses and the staff were top standard , I couldn’t request for a better primary care service

Overall it was a great and very welcoming experience with the Hair Clinic. I could not have had a more helpful and informative pre procedure with Kubra and Mehmet in perfect English. On the day of the procedure there was a doctor and then 2 ladies who performed the operation in tandem through the various phases. Overall about 7 hours and very efficient but not rushed and I had their full professional attention for the day. Next day bandages off and first wash. I went in for an additional wash the day after also. Then took some days to mostly rest but also to see some of Istanbul. Donor and recipient areas healing well so far. Very happy!

The stay at the clinic went as expected, or rather well. The staff is helpful. Although I went for a service and the service is secondary, although important. I am certainly grateful to my guide Natalya and also to my doctors. From them came confidence and calmness from the fact that they professionally did everything with a peaceful face. The photo is possible later, as the result appears. But I really like the start.
