This is one of the best hospitals I’ve ever visit! It combines high quality of medicine services with perfect organisation, communication and translations service. I want to send my sincere thanks to Professor Ahmed Tunc Özdemir fra department of urology. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and always ready to help! I warmly recommend professor to all the patients who need a really skilled doctor who is always willing to do his best for helping! He has in addition, very kind and generous personality! My sincere thanks goes further to coordinator Alisher and translator Gulnaz. Alisher is a perfect example of the right person on the right place. He possess executive management skills and it is a pleasure to communicate with him. He is expert to organise, coordinate and give a quick feedback. He is always smiling and polite. Alisher is always trying to solve all the problems on a best way and is a really good listener and communicator. Last but not least I want to express my sincere gratitude to translator Gulnaz! Gulnaz is extremely talented, professional, kind and supportive person ! She is the person you will be happy to meet when you are far from home and need help to understand a different language. My whole family against me coming to turkey for this operation from the Us they were very scared and I was a little nervous as well . Wish they could have come and seen how I was treated here like royalty . Hate to admit it but would have never got this kind of service in US. I think everyone here that was involved doctors nurses interpreters drivers and sure left some out behind the scenes. Would definitely recommend and come back again

Everything went quite well....first of all, of course, thanks to the girl Natalia Bruyaka, who was always in touch and helped solve all the questions that I had along the way...Thank you very much to her for her timely and quick help on throughout the entire period... Everything was organized well... we were met at the airport, a VIP transfer, a black Mercedes, the driver, unfortunately, I don’t remember his name - a great guy, just an ace, took him to the hotel... Everything in the hotel super, 5 stars, good finishing, excellent staff, we were accommodated on the 8th floor, with a beautiful view of the city.... The next day we arrived at the clinic... They paid there, and without delay, they invited us to the operating room... The team is excellent , young guys and girls, cheerful and relaxed, (they even sang songs during the transplant)... the transplant went quite quickly, they got it done in 5 hours, because the people know their stuff, they are all true professionals, both the doctor and the guy, who drew the hair line, and the girls who were assistants....Everything is at the highest level..The transplant itself is painless, only at the very beginning, when the painkiller was administered, it was a little painful, but it lasted about 10 minutes.. In general, I am satisfied with the transplant itself , I hope that the result will not be good, we’ll see in a year.. Then we were taken back to the hotel, and I spent that day in the room, did not go anywhere.... The next day I had a rest day, and the hotel staff organized a tour for us to the historical center of Istanbul... We had a great time there, and a day later they took me back to the clinic, showed me and washed my hair, and the ace driver took us to the airport... Bottom line: without much strain, I had a hair transplant and my wife and I had a great time in Istanbul, trying different dishes, making excursions and having the opportunity to shop... Thank you very much to those people who organize such tours and carry out such work... I am very grateful to them...
