The staff is great. At the moment, we are waiting for the results of the tests, since the wrong diagnosis was made in Ukraine. In Ukraine, sarcoma was treated for 7 months and it is gone. We are not saying that there is no oncology, but the fact that there is no sarcoma is already pleasing. Received very nicely and politely. The coordinators are Russian-speaking. Every day they keep track of all matters. Those who passed the tests were not left alone for a single minute. Currently, we are waiting for a meeting with an oncologist and a radiologist. I recommend

The whole process was good. Our case was handled well and effectively. We had a slight issue of the confirmation date but this was resolved very quickly. The online consultation was arranged very quickly and with the particular doctor we wanted to talk to. It was long, informative and insightful. We are very thankful for Bookimed team and the doctor for such a quick and efficient response.
The speed of organizing the online consulation and the clinic visit was impressive. In one day we had a call with the doctor and in 4 days my mom flew to Tel Aviv for the treatment. Everybody in the Bookimed team and the clinic were nice, responsive and helpful, they provided all needed info about the desiease and treatment, answered all quuestions. Bookimed also organized the hotel, taxi and appartment for my parents, so we all felt calm and supported during their visit.
