From the very beginning of my enquiry at Bookimed to the last taxi ride to the airport after the procedures, everything went without a single obstacle
I was on 29 September 2025 at Lockman hekim clinic for breast and eyelid reduction.All my fears and doubts were in vain. From the very beginning of my enquiry at Bookimed to the last taxi ride to the airport after the procedures, everything went without a single obstacle. Everything went smoothly and smoothly. We arrived very early, we were taken to the clinic and our interpreter Olga was already in touch with us. We were placed in a beautifully decorated room, on the same day all the necessary medical parameters were taken. The doctor clearly explained what would happen and how it would be done. We were in the clinic for 3 days and then to the hotel. It was also clean, beautifully designed, rich breakfast. I recommend Lokman Hekim and Dr Marat Yaman if you want to change your appearance.
Food, staff, I can't single out anything, everything was good.

This experience is simply incredible, I would recommend it to everyone
I am very grateful to the company Bukimed and my coordinators Kristina and Ali, who answered my questions very quickly, did not rush me in anything, were extremely loyal. I could even tell them what was bothering me in life and about my strange doubts, and they accepted them and supported me. This experience is simply incredible, I would recommend it to everyone. The clinic greeted me warmly, I read the contract for 5 hours, no one rushed me (I just translated every line). I went to the clinic for checkups, they immediately organized a transfer upon request, the result is excellent. I did not know what size of breasts I wanted by numbers because I could not imagine how it would be better for me, but my professional doctor understood me by microexpressions and did everything perfectly, she chose the best size for me according to the structure of my breasts. The support of the coordinators, medical staff is also 10/10. To be honest, I thought that I was just a client - who pays, but after the visit I realized that I was wrong - they treated me like a patient, but a person. I did not use the services of a translator, because I liked how we amusingly with the nurses explain what needs to be done by movements and in simple words
Everything, I don't even know what to highlight. From start to finish everything was perfect. The operation was successful, any requests were satisfied. Communication was super, cleanliness was super.
On the first day when I checked into the clinic (the day before the operation), I was a little scared at first because everyone didn't know English well, since in general I was scared before my first independent major operation

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to both the clinic and Bookimed for the excellent organisation of my operation and the whole trip. From the first contact to the discharge - everything was flawless! I am by nature a terrible panic-stricken person and before the trip I was worried about literally everything. Fears, fears, worries, worries - it was all there. But everything turned out to be perfectly organised: I was met, driven, everything was on time, punctual, comfortable. There was an interpreter everywhere, so everything was clear and calm. I was very pleased with the fact that they started taking me into anaesthesia in the lift, and I didn't even see the operating room - I just woke up in a cosy room with large panoramic windows. This is so important - without stress, without fear, with complete trust. The staff - attentive, warm, responsive. I felt cared for at every stage. And, of course, a special thanks to Dr Ergin Er for the fulfilment of my dream! I had a breast reduction and lift, and already 2 weeks after the operation I feel like a new person. My shoulders are squared, I feel light inside, and every look in the mirror makes me smile. The result is amazing: the stitches are incredibly thin and neat, you can already see the work of a true professional. I don't even know how he did it, everything is so jewellery! Thank you for this magic. Thank you for a new sense of self. You treat not only the body - you treat the soul. The stay itself was good, I felt comfortable. The only thing that bothered me was that the staff took a long time to deal with my requests. They were very friendly but I had to wait a long time to get what I needed, and sometimes I was forgotten. The aftercare also left a lot to be desired. I had a small problem, sent photos in the chat on Whatsapp as agreed and described the problem. It took 3 days before I got a reply and then I had to wait again for the surgeon to get back to me. I'm still waiting.

I honestly had an amazing experience
Having breast reduction and uplift surgery is something that I had wanted for numerous years but due to underlying health conditions I knew it wouldn't be straight forward. When I eventually made the decision I couldn't have made a better decision. From the initial contact and liason s from Bookimed to the transfers, hotel, hospital tests, surgery and post surgery support was more than I could have asked for. The interpreter Bayza was exceptional and made me feel relaxed throughout the process. The hospital staff and especially my surgeon Dr Kadriye who was so friendly and professional throughout. I honestly had an amazing experience. All my health issues were taken very seriously and accommodated for by giving me the relevant tests and aftercare. I would advise from my personal experience to take clothes that button or unzip after surgery .And my must have item would be my neck cushion that I took with me for after surgery for when you have to sleep upright. Memorial Sisli was outstanding. And I am so happy with outcome. Thankyou all . The photos were from the morning of surgery and the 7th day after.
The reassurance,confidence, understanding and professionalism of surgeon. And of course the outcome!

After all this said , I would do it all over again for the results I had got
I loved all the nurses and medical staff, they were amazing . The translators did their best and made sure to reply to every inquiry. The Dr was Soo skilled, gave clear directions and informations and I think did an amazing job with my surgery I couldn’t be happier with the results. On the other hand, The room was old and my partner couldn’t fit in the sofa bed . I had bruises on my arms after surgery. It seems that they tried to put in a needle/injection but couldn’t find a vain. It would have been appreciated if they explained after the surgery. Also it would have been good to see the dr after the surgery just to explain how the surgery went instead of the translator delivering a message . Also it would have been appreciated to see the surgeon last day before flying back to home to remove the fluid drainage tubes instead of a nurse I had never met before. Lastly the gauze,tape and dressing cleaning tools were not exactly enough. We had to purchase more 2 days after the surgery. I had no pain to minimal pain all through. I think the discomfort level wasn’t expected when it comes to sleeping on the back and how to,How to go to toilet, energy level after the surgery. After all this said , I would do it all over again for the results I had got . And would recommend 100%

I had a good experience, had my breast reduction with Dr. Ergin Er. He is very professional, I chose his clinic because of his experience and good reviews. I wanted to go too small because my whole life I hated my breasts but he explained to me the best option and I love my results. I’m emotional thinking of how my dream came true, only someone with big saggy boobs can understand this. I feel like a whole new person. This is life changing, All dresses and tops I couldn’t wear I can now wear. I won’t have to struggle looking for bras that fit. No more bruises from bra straps, back pain when I sit…endless. I enjoyed my experience, it was a solo trip that I needed and it’s incredible how someone’s life can change in just one day. My after care is not complicated, I’m just following the instructions, trying not lift anything heavy and I’m healing so well. The after pictures I took them on my seventh day after Dr Ergin removed the tapes I had from surgery. I spent 6 days in Veyron hotel and came back on the 7th day. I went alone and I was worried I would struggle with no help but the hotel has a restaurant & room service with very nice workers.

Hi just wanted to say that everyone were so welcoming, caring and gentle. It’s my first experience in cosmetic surgery I did low belly fat liposuction and breast reduction, it’s my first time here in Turkey, I came alone but not for a moment I felt alone. The medical team is truly incredible, Dr. Ergin Er and so caring and very attentive through the way he speaks with me, the advice, his honesty, it even made me have more confidence in myself. This intervention was very important for me he is an excellent doctor thank you very much Dr. The welcome from the entire Clinic was warm. The nurses are very gentle, even with the language barrier. The day nurses were great, My night nurse Ayse was a rare gem, very attentive, very empathetic, thank you very much Ayse. 🫶🏽 Thank you to the amazing women the nurse Merve ❤️who did my drainage lymphatic massage, she came to the hotel to do it, she helped me a looooot she is so gentle, she is the best!! After a liposuction it’s very the best combination to heal after just 1 massage I was feeling so much better I did 5 massage in all because I had to go back home but this massage reduced my oedema so quickly thank you so much. Thank you very much for the organization, my coordinator Beatriz Ramos was so lovely she helped me a lot sometimes I was so anxious but she always were available for me while answering my questions. Whether with the driver who came to pick me up from the airport, the hotel, the translator Dileke. I recommend this clinic at 100%. ☺️💐

"A life changing experience
Everything went in a perfect way, starting from the coordinator Ege , he was correct in every detail and always ready to help you no meter the time, he accompanied me in every step,very informative for all the things and most important ,very sincere and kind person.
