In my case, the following happened: after the implantation, an estimate for the crowns was made and the full price was agreed upon. When I arrived for the implantation, it turned out that I would have to pay more than previously agreed. Since I would need a different system for the crowns on the upper jaw and it costs more! All this is understandable, but I don't understand why I was not informed about this at the first visit? It should have been informed that if everything is fine, it will be so, if not, there are other options, but they cost more and there is no problem, a person will immediately decide for himself that it is necessary to have more money with you or to look for other options! And that would be fair!

In addition, in the process of treatment it turned out that I need to install 2 implants and three crowns in another place and I paid for this work, but only at home I found out that I instead of 3 teeth installed only 2. I informed the administrator Natalia about this two days ago, but I still haven't received any answer from her and no refund of the overpaid amount. It is a pity that the good work of specialists is overshadowed by such circumstances. And if the administration of the clinic behaved differently, I would recommend this clinic to all my friends all over the world, of whom I have many, with a clean soul and a great desire. But for now I will not do it.
