Education:
In 1997, he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Vilnius University.
From 1997 to 1998, he completed his primary residency at Vilnius City University Hospital.
From 1998 to 2002, he completed a residency in Orthopaedics and Traumatology at Republican Vilnius University Hospital.
From 2002 to 2004, he completed a residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Clinics, Central филиал (Centro branch).

He has been practicing since 1997.
An experienced specialist, he performs approximately 400 surgeries per year.
He currently works at Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Clinics in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Darius Jauniškis continuously develops his professional qualifications and has undertaken training in Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Spain, Poland, Latvia, Estonia, the USA, Romania, Germany, Brazil, and Sweden.
