The staff was excellent. They all took very good care of me including the recovery, and I was very comfortable and felt like the staff really cared about me. I am recovering from the surgery on both arms and feeling better than expected. The clinic has stayed in touch with a clear aftercare guide and is easy to reach. My only point for improvement would be pre-operative communication; for example, I didn’t realize I would be spending the night in the facility. A quick review of those key details beforehand would be helpful. The only additional cost was for my compression sleeve, which I was advised of in advance.

If a friend asked me about this clinic for eyelid surgery, my answer would be an absolute no. I chose the traditional incision method for both my upper and lower lids, and the process has been concerning. My biggest challenge is dealing with dry eyes constantly, which is a persistent discomfort throughout the day. The incision lines are still quite red, but the aesthetic result is the most upsetting part. When I smile, you can clearly see how one side is different from the other. The lack of care from the surgeon and staff was palpable. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

For my extended tummy tuck, they created a new position for my belly button, and my abdomen feels very tight now, which is a good sign. While my stomach is already looking flatter, it's still swollen. The biggest challenge by far is just standing up straight. My advice is to make sure your home is prepared for you to heal and recover in comfort. It really helps. Also, measure yourself before purchasing any faja or compression gear, as the sizes differ so much across different sites.
