I had my surgery with Dr. Aydinol and the team at the clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, they took the time to plan the procedures carefully and align them with my expectations, which gave me a lot of confidence. Dr. Aydinol was very attentive, always guiding me through the process and patiently responding to all of my additional questions. The clinic also made my stay stress-free by arranging accommodation and transportation, so I didn’t have to worry about the logistics of the trip. I’m still in the healing phase, but the results already look promising, and I can’t wait to see the final outcome. I truly recommend the clinic and Dr. Aydinol for their professionalism, care, and attention to detail.

Overall everything is good. I didn’t like the fact that I had to wait a long time for the doctor during appointments. Also, the medical staff hardly speaks English. Only Turkish. Because of this, I could not sleep at night after the operation. Because they didn't understand what I was telling them about my problem. There is also absolute audibility at night between the corridor and the wards. Many thanks to Akilay (my coordinator). A very attentive and sensitive girl. I liked the hotel. Corresponds to the declared status and price. The staff is qualified. Overall the organization is good. Thanks everyone.

Honestly, the experience was okay. I have been in Istanbul three times for medical surgery, and this was the one who I liked less. The transfer, the hotel, the doctor, the nurses; it was all really good! 😊The main problem was in the guide we had. She didn’t speak good english, she was always on her phone and acted like we were not there. When we asked questions, she didn’t know the answers. In my older experiences, the organizer/communicator knew EVERYTHING! The were empathetic and were really friendly. They were ready for any type of question. This time, i was really disappointed. Besides that, there was a lack of information. They send us home and they gave us some Basic Information on what to do, but Information abouth the wounds, how to take care of them, or how to take the stitches out; the didn’t say anything. So the experience was good! 👍🏼 but it could have been better.
