My stay both at the clinic and in Istanbul went well. There was understanding with the doctor. The Russian-speaking girls were good, I mainly worked with Akilay, she answered all my questions, paid enough attention and was always positive. Everything was well organised in the hotel too, we were changed to a bigger room and my stay after the operation was comfortable. In general, everything went well, I can recommend both the clinic and the doctor, later in a month I will post the results of liposuction.

Thank you very much for everything. I am very satisfied so far, everything looks very professional and I feel very comfortable with the results. My husband also says that everything is very good and he has a very good impression. Very grateful for the driver and all the staff at the clinic, the interpreters are all very nice. Honestly, the experience was okay. I have been in Istanbul three times for medical surgery, and this was the one who I liked less. The transfer, the hotel, the doctor, the nurses; it was all really good! 😊The main problem was in the guide we had. She didn’t speak good english, she was always on her phone and acted like we were not there. When we asked questions, she didn’t know the answers. In my older experiences, the organizer/communicator knew EVERYTHING! The were empathetic and were really friendly. They were ready for any type of question. This time, i was really disappointed. Besides that, there was a lack of information. They send us home and they gave us some Basic Information on what to do, but Information abouth the wounds, how to take care of them, or how to take the stitches out; the didn’t say anything. So the experience was good! 👍🏼 but it could have been better.

I had my liposuction procedure and breast lifting done, and I am genuinely very happy with my decision. From the very beginning, communication with the team was professional, kind, and responsive. All my questions were answered in detail, and I felt well-informed and taken seriously. On the day of the surgery, everything was well-organized and ran smoothly. The medical staff was attentive and made sure I felt safe and comfortable. I especially appreciated that the doctor took the time to explain the procedure clearly, including the realistic expectations and possible risks. The surgery itself went without complications. The post-operative care – both in the clinic and during follow-ups – was excellent. I felt supported and looked after at every stage. Any pain or discomfort was addressed with sensitivity and care. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr Med to anyone considering a cosmetic procedure and looking for honest, skilled, and compassionate care.
