I was on 29 September 2025 at Lockman hekim clinic for breast and eyelid reduction.All my fears and doubts were in vain. From the very beginning of my enquiry at Bookimed to the last taxi ride to the airport after the procedures, everything went without a single obstacle. Everything went smoothly and smoothly. We arrived very early, we were taken to the clinic and our interpreter Olga was already in touch with us. We were placed in a beautifully decorated room, on the same day all the necessary medical parameters were taken. The doctor clearly explained what would happen and how it would be done. We were in the clinic for 3 days and then to the hotel. It was also clean, beautifully designed, rich breakfast. I recommend Lokman Hekim and Dr Marat Yaman if you want to change your appearance.

The stay itself was good, I felt comfortable. The only thing that bothered me was that the staff took a long time to deal with my requests. They were very friendly but I had to wait a long time to get what I needed, and sometimes I was forgotten. The aftercare also left a lot to be desired. I had a small problem, sent photos in the chat on Whatsapp as agreed and described the problem. It took 3 days before I got a reply and then I had to wait again for the surgeon to get back to me. I'm still waiting.

I highly recommend this clinic with their wonderful caregiving staff, excellent surgeon, and extremely competent and available interpreter.

I was hesitant at the beginning because I didn’t want what to expect. That changed since the min I landed. I had a wonderful experience and everything went smooth. From and to the airport to the hospital, the amenities and staff were all exceptional, just as described upon booking. They met and exceeded my expectations . The only thing I would improve is the night shift nurses could be a little more fluent in English instead of using google translator. Overall the whole team was really nice . Would definitely recommend this clinic !!

In December 2025. I asked Bookimed to find a clinic in Turkey where I could have two surgeries at once, I was interested in abdominoplasty and breast lift. Christina, Bookimed coordinator, responded very quickly and on the same day picked up several options for me according to my needs. I chose Lokman Hekim Istanbul and Murat Yaman Plastic Surgeon. All arrangements and conditions were fulfilled to 1000❗️%. I am very satisfied with the Bookimed service, Lokman Hekim Clinic and Dr Murat Yaman, as well as a special thanks to the clinic's interpreter coordinator Olga, who was always in touch with me and made communication and understanding with the doctor possible. The operation itself, the anaesthesia and the result of the operation went without any problems. I am very satisfied with everything, I recommend it.
