He pioneered four original surgical techniques—OCCULT, SHARP, SSBA, and PURE Contouring—validated across 10,000+ documented cases. Dr. Gupta received the C.R. Sundararajan National Gold Medal, which is the highest academic honor in Indian plastic surgery.

Surgical Specialization and Patented Techniques

Dr. Gupta performs high-definition body contouring and aesthetic breast surgery. He developed the OCCULT approach for gynecomastia, a procedure to correct enlarged male breast tissue. This method uses a hidden 5–7 mm lateral incision to avoid scars on the front of the chest. The technique often incorporates ultrasound-assisted and power-assisted liposuction.

For body sculpting, Dr. Gupta uses the SHARP technique. This method involves subscarpal dissection combined with 3-vector rectus plication to tighten abdominal muscles. The approach allows for high-definition abdominal contouring. Additionally, Dr. Gupta performs the Two-Flap technique for breast reductions.
