His clinical focus includes breast, gynecologic, genitourinary, thoracic, gastrointestinal, and rare cancers. He specializes in systemic therapy, including chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy.
He served as coordinating research physician and medical lead at the EORTC from 2011 to 2015. Professor Jair Bar, MD, PhD, is a thoracic oncologist and Deputy Director of the Cancer Center at Sheba Medical Center. He leads the Thoracic Oncology Unit.
