The whole environment of the hospital is calm and feels like home. And the nursing staff is kind, helpful and responsive. I will come back without a doubt. The clinic is too beautiful , clean , with sophisticated equipment just like here in Switzerland where we live. Everything was well organized , well planned , no delay at all. The doctors were so precise, competent and honest ... there is nothing that they have no explained to us before starting the egg retrieval. Nurses and embryology team are so competent and do their job with love. Our coordinator Svetlana is an Angel in human form , she was so good and kind to us since we started our treatment journey. all the information she gave us were correct all the feedback were at the wright time. We are still surprise about our wonderful treatment, now the ball is in my hand to have a positive pregnancy test.

At the clinic, our coordinator Inna met us, she guided us for many months, advised us and answered all our questions.
