Good day. I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Artur and his team, and to the coordinator who accompanied me to the operation. Due to an accident, I lost part of my eyebrow. But the clinic did the impossible for me. I liked how the doctor and his team encouraged. They talked all the time and asked if everything was okay. I was satisfied with everything
I was satisfied with everything. The staff literally led me by the hand to all the examinations. Dr Alexandra Luniewska listened to all my wishes and applied them during the operation. I can't say 100% yet, as it is 9 days after the operation, but based on what I can see, I am satisfied with the result.

Transfer service was really good and well worth it in my opinion
Pros: Transfer service was really good and well worth it in my opinion . Patient co-ordinator we’re very helpful and fluent in English Hospital staff were polite and professional. Cons: Busy hospital corridors, people waiting on stairwells. Equipment seemed poorly maintained, and old in a lot of cases. One room we had to use to sign documents was full of bloody bandages just sitting on table, no co-ordination. When having my blood pressure checked, the equipment had pieces of chewing gum stuck on it - assuming from previous patients ( no attention to detail when cleaning). Advertised as English speaking nurses, but none really spoke English, had to use translator app alot.

The disadvantage I can call too short consultation on implants before the operation and lack of contact with the doctor after the operation. The doctor comes only for the operation.
