The biggest disappointment was the clinic itself. I have no complaints about the doctor or the staff; they were professional and attentive. However, the conditions of my stay were simply awful, and this, unfortunately, completely overshadowed all the positive impressions I had of the medical staff’s work. It’s very disappointing. No matter how good the doctor is, the environment you find yourself in plays a huge role in the whole process. Ultimately, despite the team’s competence, I cannot give a high overall rating due to the state of the clinic, which made the whole experience extremely negative.
