I did not like the fact that the doctor was not familiar with my examinations and analyzes, and before, if I had an MRI, they did an ultrasound scan. It's not clear why. I received the following services at the clinic: - tests One nurse took tests from me and another patient at the same time, and almost mixed up the labels on the test tubes. - doctor's consultations (gynecologist, dermatologist) The appointment of a dermatologist was not issued either digitally or in paper form, which caused problems during the subsequent treatment. In gynecology, there were two parts of the tests, some told me that they were good, but I didn’t receive any conclusion, nothing. The second told me that they would inform me by phone, but no one contacted me. - medical procedures I was signed up for medical procedures, but when they arrived, the nurses began to ask me how much the medicine cost, the price for which they wrote to me on a piece of paper a week before. If they can improve on having Doctors who speak english or a good translators. Also the cost quoted to a patient when booking should be maintained instead of bri ging other additional charges once you get to the hospital. They should also confirm things in advance instead of saying yes just so you can make an appointment and when you getvthere the service is not available. This wasted a lot of my time.

The delays in waiting to be attended to despite making prior booking, unavailability of a vaccine which the hospital had confirmed to be available, delay in getting a driver to drop me back to the hotel and poor translators.

All analyzes and the conclusion of the doctor at my request translated into Russian. The only thing that did not like this doctor coordinator was my analysis and the conclusion that I sent in 2 weeks should have been translated and provided to the blade Medipol this was not! As a result, this provided a lot of difficulties. I had to take additional tests, which are not cheap.
