I was hesitant at the beginning because I didn’t want what to expect. That changed since the min I landed. I had a wonderful experience and everything went smooth. From and to the airport to the hospital, the amenities and staff were all exceptional, just as described upon booking. They met and exceeded my expectations . The only thing I would improve is the night shift nurses could be a little more fluent in English instead of using google translator. Overall the whole team was really nice . Would definitely recommend this clinic !!

While I am still on the rehabilitation period at home, tomorrow is a week after the operation and check-up with the doctor. Hello. The operation was performed at the Estetik International clinic. The clinic looks expensive. Everything in it is beautiful, expensive, rich, an excellent ward, and so on. But. A lot but. I'll start. Bukemed organized everything quickly. They are great. Only I clarified a couple of times when to take tickets back home. They said on the 14th. And the operation was on the 10th. Analyzes on the 8th. 9 clinic day off. Arriving at the clinic, the translator Ozan, the translator, tells me that she should fly 17-18 back. Since the days are counted from the moment of the operation. That is, I was not correctly informed in bookimed. OK. I left earlier. The doctor said everything is healing. The clinic itself and its attitude towards me. I had a lift and an increase. The operation was carried out on the 10th at about 15.00. On the 11th at 14.00 I was told that I had an hour to get ready and the transfer would take me to the hotel. I begged to leave me for a day or at least until the morning in the clinic. Since it was terribly hard for me, everything hurt a lot. I couldn't get up, get dressed, etc. I felt dizzy and my blood pressure dropped. But I was told 250€ a day at the clinic or go to the hotel. I went to the hotel. I had drainage. It needs to be cleaned. I was told to do it myself. Once a translator came for me. Since I refused to do it myself because I could just faint from all this. The next day, a friend helped me to do this, and then they removed the drainage and sent me home the next day. And here the most interesting begins. Manager Katerina or coordinator. I don't know her position correctly. I'll attach a screen recording showing the dialog. Transfer to the airport is included in the price of all this. I started talking about the transfer in the evening before the day of departure. Then in the morning. Then I was told to expect a transfer. Then they said that it was broken or something else and that I would call a taxi myself. I couldn't do it because I couldn't pay. The card already had a limit on funds. There is such a law in Ukraine. 100.000 UAH per month I can spend abroad. For a very long time I was hung up with a taxi. The plane is in a couple of hours. A child is waiting at home. I'm on my nerves. Due to the lack of specifics and information, at the end of all this, I just lost my temper and could not find other words except mats and tears. In the end, they called me a taxi. I'm going. With full confidence that he was paid. The taxi driver shows the amount. And I understand that it is not paid. I had to ask for a card from their parents. Attach it to your phone and pay. Next, I go to the airport. I understand that I won't be able to. The clinic helped only in the fact that they checked me in for the flight. When they realized that I could really be late, and then they would have to resolve the issue with tickets and the hotel at their own expense, since it was all their fault. There are 100+ people in line at passport control. I understand I can't. Spit in an hour exactly. The gate has already been opened. And I decide to try. I just asked each person if I could go in front of him, and so I went in line and got on the plane. Now the clinic does not respond to me. Bookimed said that the money would be returned for a taxi, but this issue could be resolved for months. But I'm really looking forward to it. Katerina said the issue is under consideration by the authorities. For the past three days does not answer at what stage the question. Regarding the doctor. All OK. I had a difficult breast situation. He corrected her. But so far it's only been a week. I think it's definitely better than it was. But he didn't hear me. I asked for bigger breasts. I installed a 400 ml implant, but I don’t like it because there is no volume anyway.

The first person I want to talk about is Dr MED. He is a professional, I would say a fan, he lives and breathes his work. From the first meeting with a banal Hallo to the marking before surgery from the doctor one positive and kindness. He has incredible energy and love for his work. My plans for the operation were global on this visit, but they were not fated to come true. During the operation my blood pressure jumped to 150 and fluctuated during 3 hours from 90 to 150 - it was decided by the anaesthesiologist and the doctor to stop the operation. As a result, only liposuction of the abdomen 360 degrees and correction of the chin was performed. Secondly is of course Dr Mad and his staff . Everything was organised initially through Bookingmed, prices and conditions were agreed with them at the beginning. As soon as we arrived in Turkey we were organised a comfortable transfer to the hotel. In the morning we had a lovely interpreter, Lara, who was with us for the whole 7 days of our stay in Turkey. Very competent staff, the night after the operation I was cared for by two nurses who every hour I put a drip of different medicines and brought me food and water. It was very nice to see Larochka who was on call 24/7. In the third hotel and hotel staff, very attentive and responsive. At any request it was always, quickly and without unnecessary conversations. I had breakfast in the room the first 4 days as it was hard to walk me. Even on the second day they brought me soup in my room in the evening in the hotel, which was especially nice. The care is basic at best. The service was everything it said, nothing more, no empathy, no patience, no kind touches. The consultation was a rushed 10 minutes 20 minutes before surgery, where you are expected to make serious lifelong decisions. There is only the very basic direction of how to care for your wounds afterwards and barely any support when things aren't going to plan.

I am very satisfied with the work of bookimed. The organization went very quickly, all the questions of interest were not left unanswered. And any fears disappeared after talking with the medical coordinator Ekaterina. I was introduced to the best specialists in the field of mammoplasty. Ecstatic about the outcome of my eyelid revision (not good with proper names 😂). He knew exactly what he was doing and was very thorough with the pre-surgery consultation. The ward is not bad, and the staff themselves, some incompetent, poured an IV on the bed, slept in a wet bed at night, the IV catheter was poorly positioned, my arm was very sore. The person who was supposed to accompany me did not come, since it was Sunday, I believe that there should be no days off for such cases. I could not explain to them, but on the second day a more competent girl came and arranged everything. The doctor is young enough, but I think he coped with the chest, but I'm not happy with the liposuction of the legs

A month has already passed after the operation and I want to share my experience. I found out about the clinic by chance from the Internet, I did not know what to expect in reality. I had terrible prejudices about Turkey, but nevertheless I decided to fly - if I suddenly didn’t like something - I would just return that day. What was my surprise when, from the very first minute, I felt such concern and attention that all doubts were dispelled - yes, that’s it! And when I met Dr. Aytach, I realized that this was MY doctor! I have very thin skin, and after giving birth, she was all in "stretch marks." Ukrainian doctors called my skin parchment paper and did not particularly undertake to operate. Dr. Aytach said that I will have beautiful breasts and he did it to me !! This is just unbelievable !! I’m still unusual with new breasts, to be honest it’s still hard, but when I look at myself in the mirror, I thank the doctor that he just gave me a new one! Now it's up to my body, before complete healing, time will still have to pass, but even now the difference is visible in the photo. What else surprised me? The clinic itself in the first place - it is very modern, and as by our Ukrainian standards - just fantastic. No need to run through laboratories to take tests, wait for doctors. Everything is in place - and a doctor’s examination, and tests, and consultations with an anastasiologist. Super-selected staff, for the entire stay - only positive impressions, attentiveness, friendliness, professionalism. Special thanks to Elena’s personal assistant, it was thanks to her that I decided to have an operation, she answered my endless questions, made recommendations, coordinated my visit. By the way, I must say that their service is really at the highest level. Starting from the airport, transfers, rooms are simply super - spacious, equipped to modern standards, a pleasant hotel, in which I was after the operation. By the way, when I arrived it was late at night, but I was met, placed in the ward so that I could relax, because check-in at the hotel was only from 12 noon. It was very nice. Also on the day of departure, I had a late flight, and another room was allocated for me so that I could stay in the clinic and not wait at the airport. Another such moment. When I flew home after the operation, from time to time I had different questions, and they always answered me, never left me unattended, if something started to disturb me. The clinic is wonderful! From the moment the interpreter contacted me before leaving until the last transfer. Met, identified in the hotel. The clinic itself is modern. Friendly, professional staff. Very clean and comfortable. I had a spacious single room with a toilet and shower. I was with my husband. So they took care of him too. They brought food. There was a folding chair for him in the ward. They brought him a set of bed linen, so that it was convenient for him to spend the night next to me. The operating professor came into the ward. He made the markup, explained in detail what he was going to do, answered all the questions. And in general, as the result showed, it was the ideal choice of the operating surgeon! Anesthesia was given before the operating room. Therefore, I do not remember the operation at all. I came to my senses already in the ward. I was already wearing the correct size compression bra. I got everything I needed through a drip. I don't remember being in pain! I will not describe the whole process, but the next day I returned to the hotel. The catheters were removed the next day. They gave me the necessary medicines. I took five days of antibiotics. And I drank the painkiller once in the evening, and then I realized that I didn’t need it. The translator was in touch with me all the time, answered all the questions. The result is very satisfied. Breast reduced perfectly. Everything is done beautifully and proportionately! I finally straightened my back and squared my shoulders, very happy! It was a little disappointing that we were evicted from the room three hours before the transfer to the airport. It was hard after the operation to sit in the lobby for three hours in an uncomfortable chair. It made me very tired. But in general, there are no complaints and the whole trip even exceeded my expectations!
