Vaser liposuction in Ankara: Best Clinics and Costs 2026

I was worried about how the recovery would go and when the first changes would become noticeable. Now, at this early stage, I can say that everything is going according to plan, although the final shape hasn’t yet become apparent due to severe swelling, which is to be expected. I underwent Vaser liposuction on several areas, during which around 3–4 litres of fluid were removed. The procedure itself went well. The entire clinic staff were very supportive, and wearing the compression garments, contrary to my expectations, isn’t causing any serious discomfort. I’m happy with the organisation and the care.

I’m now one year post-op after undergoing 360 liposuction, inner knees, thighs, and arms, and I can confidently say that this is the best place in the world for liposuction! Dr. Bülent Cihantimur did an absolutely outstanding job. What really sets this clinic apart is not only the surgical expertise but also the advanced techniques they use—like J-Plasma—which meant I had zero sagging post-op. Of course, there was some initial swelling, as expected, but thanks to the physiotherapy offered (a couple of sessions were even included at the clinic), recovery was smooth. After I left the country, I continued physio elsewhere and healed up quickly. The follow-up care was also fantastic. Their team stayed in touch regularly, both at the clinic and via WhatsApp, with attentive and genuinely caring staff who made me feel supported throughout the journey. Although I didn’t spend much time directly with Dr. Bülent, he was incredibly intuitive about what I wanted. Most importantly, he listened—which, in my experience, is rare and priceless. Honestly, I now wish I had done my breast reduction here too. I had it elsewhere, and even after a revision at the same outside clinic, I’m still not happy with the breast reduction results. By comparison, the liposuction outcome at this clinic far exceeded my expectations. Before surgery, fat accumulation—especially around my inner knees—made even walking uncomfortable. Now, not only is that discomfort gone, but I’ve been able to enjoy sports I used to only dream about, like figure skating. It’s not just a physical transformation, it’s a lifestyle change. Although I’ve gained a little belly fat back due to slipping into old eating habits, the overall result is still impressive. My body is now proportionate and defined. I actually have a shape now. My legs look like human legs instead of the heavy, swollen ones I used to be so self-conscious about, and the “bingo wings” are gone! I don’t even mind the weight fluctuation because the overall effect remains—and best of all, I’m no longer repulsed when I look in the mirror. I don’t have before photos to share, but you can find real patient photos online—and they speak volumes. This was, without a doubt, the best money I’ve ever spent and worth every single penny. My overall experience was fantastic. Dr.Derya performed breast augmentation and abdomen liposuction surgery. Her assistant Hülya was very helpful and kind as well. She took me to the hospital one day before the operation day to get my blood analysis , PCR and breast ultrasound. They also arranged comfortable and punctual transfer for me several times. The hospital Dr.Derya chose was covid-free which was very comforting. It was clean, modern and well-equipped. I asked for a female team, so all the nurses and even my anesthesiologist were women. I didn’t feel any fear because everything was done impeccably. I didn’t even realize how and when I felt asleep. Dr.Derya’s voice woke me up and heard that the surgery was successful. While I was in the hospital, the nurses were checking up on me every 2 hours. Next morning the doctor and her assistant also checked up on me and gave me some medication and painkillers. First week after the surgery was a nightmare for me, the pain was unbearable but because we were in touch all the time, the doctor prescribed some other painkillers and medication for my wounds to heal, so after 5 days I was able to walk and be back to my normal life. They also provided me with a special bra and bondage for my waist, which I wear for a few hours a day until today. I am writing this review almost 5 weeks after the surgery. I don’t feel any pain, my breast looks great, Dr.Derya was very helpful when I was choosing implants and explaining what I want. The results are beyond expectations. I highly recommend Db’est Clinic.

My stay both at the clinic and in Istanbul went well. There was understanding with the doctor. The Russian-speaking girls were good, I mainly worked with Akilay, she answered all my questions, paid enough attention and was always positive. Everything was well organised in the hotel too, we were changed to a bigger room and my stay after the operation was comfortable. In general, everything went well, I can recommend both the clinic and the doctor, later in a month I will post the results of liposuction.

Dr. Derya Bingöl helped me immensly. She gave me natural, symmetrical looking results. She made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions I could possibly think of. If you're considering Vaser, you should know that recovery isn't a walk in the park. I'm 15 days out from my procedure on multiple areas, and while I can already see a definite improvement in my shape, the process requires patience. The surgeon's work was fantastic, earning a solid 5/5, and the clinic was clean and well-equipped. The staff were mostly helpful. My biggest daily challenge is the compression garment; my skin gets itchy under it, which is a constant annoyance. It’s a trade-off. Be prepared for the discomfort, but also for the visible changes that make it feel worthwhile even this early on.

My Coordinator Ege was awesome and very helpful + friendly, quick to respond whenever you need help. Dr Ilker had good questions and was receptive to my suggestions and decisions. I am still healing from the procedure but it looks good so far. I can’t wait to see the jplasma results, at the moment they can’t fully be seen, will update once I can. Overall a+ for the doctor and coordinator. The hospital is okay, the nurses are okay too.

On the downside, I was checked out of the hotel too early. If my parents hadn't been with me, I don't know how I would have coped on my own. It's been almost two months since the surgery. I am generally happy with my stomach, but I still wear a bandage sometimes. The second chin is not perfect, but it's okay.
