How Much Does Removal of testicle tumor Cost in Istanbul?

Removal of testicle tumor in Istanbul typically costs from $3,000 to $6,500. The final price depends on the surgical technique used, whether a prosthesis is placed during the same procedure, and the necessity of lymph node dissection. Patients save around 70% compared to the US, where this procedure costs $20,000 on average. Most clinics include surgeon fees, hospital stays, and pre-operative blood work.

  • Orchiectomy: $3,200 to $6,500 for the standard surgical removal of the affected testicle.
  • Testicular prosthesis: $2,400 to $4,500 for the implant and insertion surgery.
  • Robotic-assisted surgery: typically adds 30-40% to the cost but offers higher precision and faster recovery times.
  • Complex cases: surgeries involving lymphadenectomy or those at globally ranked centers like Anadolu Medical Center generally fall into the upper price tier.

Bookimed Expert Insight: Istanbul is Turkey's primary hub for complex uro-oncology, concentrating more JCI-accredited surgical volume than Antalya or Ankara. This density allows centers like Anadolu Medical Center, an affiliate of Johns Hopkins Hospital, to offer academic-level care at competitive rates. Patients seeking the highest value should look for urologists with European Board of Urology (FEBU) certification, such as Associate Professor Cevper Ersoz, who offers advanced minimally invasive expertise.

When friends ask if I would suggest this clinic to them, my answer is a 10
My biggest worry was finding a surgeon and team I could completely trust for this personal procedure. That concern disappeared quickly. From the first consultation, the surgeon was professional and the staff were consistently kind, which made the whole process feel secure and well-managed. I'm still in the early stages of healing, but the level of care has been excellent. Everything was clear. When friends ask if I would suggest this clinic to them, my answer is a 10. The support has been fantastic.
Coordinator stayed in touch .The clinic exceeded expectations.I wanted to thank Dr. Baris Nuhoglu and his assistant, who took impeccable care of me. They listened to me and resolved a problem that was very serious and causing me discomfort. On May 19th, they gave me a new birth with professionalism, seriousness, and empathy.I have e big gratitude and deep respect to Dr. Baris and his team, and I wish to return in a few months for a check-up and, who knows, maybe for another new treatment.😁😉👍

The surgeon and all the staff at the clinic were highly professional and competent throughout my experience
My biggest concern before the operation was the recovery period, but now, 15 days after the prosthetic testicle implant surgery, I can say that things are going as expected. I received a small prosthesis measuring 3.5 cm; although I’m not sure of the brand, I’m satisfied with it. The surgeon and all the staff at the clinic were highly professional and competent throughout my experience. Everything went well. The recovery period is going well and without any problems so far.
The service was excellent, and the check-in and check-out were a real treat
No, I'm happy with the service and the performance

I felt safe and comfortable, and I would like to thank everyone involved
From the moment I entered the clinic, I was greeted with great care. My doctor, Prof. Barış, listened attentively during the examination, and the translator, Mr. İbrahim, explained the entire process clearly. My post-treatment check-ups were also conducted regularly. I felt safe and comfortable, and I would like to thank everyone involved.
