They met and exceeded my expectations
I was hesitant at the beginning because I didn’t want what to expect. That changed since the min I landed. I had a wonderful experience and everything went smooth. From and to the airport to the hospital, the amenities and staff were all exceptional, just as described upon booking. They met and exceeded my expectations . The only thing I would improve is the night shift nurses could be a little more fluent in English instead of using google translator. Overall the whole team was really nice . Would definitely recommend this clinic !!

The care is basic at best. The service was everything it said, nothing more, no empathy, no patience, no kind touches. The consultation was a rushed 10 minutes 20 minutes before surgery, where you are expected to make serious lifelong decisions. There is only the very basic direction of how to care for your wounds afterwards and barely any support when things aren't going to plan.

In December 2025. I asked Bookimed to find a clinic in Turkey where I could have two surgeries at once, I was interested in abdominoplasty and breast lift. Christina, Bookimed coordinator, responded very quickly and on the same day picked up several options for me according to my needs. I chose Lokman Hekim Istanbul and Murat Yaman Plastic Surgeon. Good evening. My name is Anna. I will start my story with the fact that I am not the first time I come to Turkey to correct some nuances in myself. That is, there is something to compare! The first person I want to talk about is Dr MED. He is a professional, I would say a fan, he lives and breathes his work. From the first meeting with a banal Hallo to the marking before surgery from the doctor one positive and kindness. He has incredible energy and love for his work. My plans for the operation were global on this visit, but they were not fated to come true. During the operation my blood pressure jumped to 150 and fluctuated during 3 hours from 90 to 150 - it was decided by the anaesthesiologist and the doctor to stop the operation. As a result, only liposuction of the abdomen 360 degrees and correction of the chin was performed. Secondly is of course Dr Mad and his staff . Everything was organised initially through Bookingmed, prices and conditions were agreed with them at the beginning. As soon as we arrived in Turkey we were organised a comfortable transfer to the hotel. In the morning we had a lovely interpreter, Lara, who was with us for the whole 7 days of our stay in Turkey. Very competent staff, the night after the operation I was cared for by two nurses who every hour I put a drip of different medicines and brought me food and water. It was very nice to see Larochka who was on call 24/7. In the third hotel and hotel staff, very attentive and responsive. At any request it was always, quickly and without unnecessary conversations. I had breakfast in the room the first 4 days as it was hard to walk me. Even on the second day they brought me soup in my room in the evening in the hotel, which was especially nice. Thank you to your team DOCTOR MED for your professional approach. RECOMMEND.
The doctor is a professional. He stopped the operation because of high blood pressure and saved my life.

While I am still on the rehabilitation period at home, tomorrow is a week after the operation and check-up with the doctor. I had liposuction of the abdomen and sides + Brazilian buttocks lift + breast lift, all in one day. The first 3-4 days of rehabilitation are the hardest, but then much easier, the staff / help / service at the highest level, doctor Ergin Er - a doctor from God, I advise everyone, a professional of his work!!!!. I will post photos after at least a month, but the forms are visually visible and pleasing to the eye!!!! Ecstatic about the outcome of my eyelid revision (not good with proper names 😂). He knew exactly what he was doing and was very thorough with the pre-surgery consultation. Was very kind and understanding to my concerns as I had doubts from the results from my previous surgery (with a different surgeon at a different clinic) but was very understanding and patient with me.
