Translator Zukhra was very professional, thank you very much. But the doctor, unfortunately, did not inspire confidence in me, for 45 minutes of the conversation the doctor did not ask me any details of the disease, not about what tests were passed, what manipulations were. If I didn’t tell and didn’t ask questions for 45 minutes, then most likely the meeting would have ended in 5 minutes. In general, I didn’t see the doctor’s interest in the patient. In principle, I have not heard anything new either.

I can not thank enough staff of Teknon Medical Centre Epilepsy Department, especially Irina who was assisting and interpreting everything in Russian to Dr Antonio Russi. It made huge impression on us how thoroughly he analysed the disease from different aspects carefully listening to all details. The 6 days EEG analytical approach including MRI and PET made it perfectly clear which remedy to apply.

We learned a lot about my son's illness. My son has hydrocephalus and even after the tests we found out that he has epilepsy, the VP-shunt works at an accelerated rate, so my son did not develop. Now we are receiving treatment. We hope it helps insha Allah. I also liked the staff, especially the translators, I forgot the names, but one of them even knows the Kazakh language. It was super convenient. We really liked the Physiomer hospital, it is very cozy and comfortable here. A big plus for the team, especially Melih, he helped us a lot on organizational issues. The physiotherapists are very patient and kind. Hussein and Zhannan are the best in their business.
