Ultrasonic rhinoplasty in İzmir: Best Clinics and Costs 2025

I was nervous travelling to a different country where I don’t know the language for this operation. Also this surgeon and hospital was about 20% cheaper than other offers and I hoped that wouldn’t be reflected in the quality of care. I shouldn’t have worried! I felt taken care of the whole time. They went above and beyond to make sure I was Ok. Ismael my co-ordinator and translator was lovely and professional. The doctor did an amazing job with my nose and I am so happy with the results. I can 100% recommend this clinic and surgeon.

I want to share my experience of the trip. This was my first rhinoplasty I wanted for a long time but could not make up my mind. Let me start from the beginning when I started looking for clinics I accidentally stumbled upon bookimed I was quickly found a clinic, which even alarmed me because I thought it would take me a month or two just to find a doctor. Thanks to Ekaterina who answered all my questions and dispelled my doubts even when I was already connected with the doctor and when I arrived she was still in touch and supported me. As for the staff both in the hotel and in the hospital pleasant polite staff in the hotel many even tried to speak Russian. I also have a daughter and she can not stay without me and travelling together with the child was no problem, it was a big plus. The operation itself went well the operation is done not in the clinic but in the hospital the only thing that confused me I could not provide photos before and after showed only one photo in profile but the doctor explained everything in detail I still decided to trust . It has not been much time since the operation but the first result I am satisfied with I had a large amount of work to correct the nasal septum, remove the hump, and reduce the tip of the nose and so far I like everything I hope to be able to add more comments after complete healing and a big thank you to the girl first.

Upon Arival To Istanbul i was guided every single way. I was transported to and from hotel and airport. Ismael from the hospital was the highlight of my time spent in Istanbul as he helped each and everything needed. Procedure went smooth and the doctor Salim was amazing. He has the experience and talked me through everything slowly about the surgery. Aftercare was spot on and was assisted by a doctor nearly every hour upon my night stay in hospital. They also assisted my Uncle in getting a Skin Tag Removal procedure which was done within the same day. My uncle was also very happy with how this time in Istanbul was. Overall my time in Istanbul and Luqman Hekim Hospital was 10/10 and would highly recommend it. Thank you for everything.

From start to finish communication was great. All my questions were answered promptly. Going to a different country for a major procedure (in my case a rhinoplasty) when you don’t speak the language can be intimidating but in this case it felt like every effort was made for me to understand everything that was happening and I couldn’t be happier with my results and post op care! I chose Ergein for his surgical skills to carry out a rhinoplasty. I'm so disappointed with the result, I end up with a pig nose that doesn't fit my face very well. I hope it will get better but I'm having a very hard time of it and I'm very disappointed to have had this done. As for my translator, she wasn't there during the consultation to remove the bandages and I felt helpless when I saw the result in the mirror. The operation left me completely ugly.

To say that I was shocked by the doctor's approach to treatment is to say nothing. My impressions to you, just do not wish to experience. The operation was agreed in advance counselling and my wishes. The day of the operation came. In the morning I was picked up from the hotel and with an interpreter, I went through all the analyses. On the question when I will have a meeting with the doctor I was told at 9 am then I pointed out that I am allergic to one drug. But they wouldn't give me any medication before the operation without the doctor's consent. When I was already changed clothes for the operation ( I apologise myself in underwear, in an operating gown ) came the doctor and began to explain to me on his hands that it can not be like this, as I want and he sees it all differently. He began to explain to me with his fingers how it will be. Interrupting the interpreter. The interpreter couldn't keep up with the translation. Hurrying me to make a decision. I replied that I couldn't make a decision without seeing any pictures of what was waiting for me. Then after about an hour of dialogue, the doctor corrected the curvature of my nose on the telephoto in front of me and said here's what awaits you and covered the tip of my nose with his hand. Again we heard my refusal, to which I was told there is no time and I have to make a decision. They told me there was no time and I had to make a decision. My wishes were ignored. What was agreed upon before the operation was changed. My wishes were to correct the curvature and to change and reduce the tip of the nose. The result of the operation is that the curvature was not corrected and the septum remained the same. But the cartilage was grown on the side, which I did not ask for at all, and the nose was visually enlarged and the tip was corrected. Now I'm just shocked with my appearance to say the least. Everything was done at the discretion of the doctor. He ignored all my wishes. Putting me in front of the fact. Without showing me a single photo of what's in store for me. Explaining it to me on my fingers.

I liked everything overall. Initially, I was very afraid, starting with the flight to another country, the transfer to the hotel and the operation itself. But the calmness and poise of the doctor and his team completely dispelled my doubts. 5 hours after the operation I returned to the hotel. Which is also very good because the hospital ward is the worst for me. Exactly after a week I took off the splint, my nose was still swollen. The nose is proportional to my face. When the swelling goes down it will be smaller

I had a second (revision) rhinoplasty with Dr Ibrahim Altoparlak. Dr.MED clinic in Istanbul. I am satisfied with the result: the doctor got the aesthetic shape of my nose right and it became easier to breathe with my nose in the literal sense. Thank you very much to the Doctor. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager Akylai, who accompanied me from arrival to departure. She provided me with all the information I needed, accompanied me to the operation, supported me emotionally before and cared for me after the operation.
