The staff is very polite and attentive. My request for a consultation with a gastroenterologist was satisfied promptly - immediately on the second day of my arrival at the clinic. Sessions with specialists (with physiotherapist and occupational therapist) for 2 hours a day are very useful, as even in Latvia, where I used to be in rehabilitation, a session lasted only 0.5 hours. At the first consultation there was no talk about the volume of the operation. As it turned out later, the Doctor was not informed about my wish for the reconstruction of the nipples. This, important for me, part of the operation was not included in the huge volume Contract. I recalled this before the operation, and he heard about it for the first time and a conflict situation developed. If I had not recalled this, I would not have received this part of my wish, although I paid for this procedure.      Honey. the staff is very competent and attentive, it is just a decoration of the clinic. Especially competent and sincere worker Yana.      The chamber is excellent, no comment. It should be noted that in the toilet room a large number of cosmetic items: pads of different sizes, misoler napkins and many other similar content. These are expensive items that form value in general, but I do not see the need for them.

the treatment was at the highest level, starting with the airport, we were greeted very warmly, taken to the hotel, which we chose, given our difficulties (son on wheelchair). The treatment started from the first day, tests, droppers, vitamin injections and, of course , stem fetal cells due to which, in fact, we arrived. In Israel we were refused because it is not included in the basket, but privately we have it worth five times more expensive, we were ten days and every day we were taken away from the hotel and returned, we want to note the extreme goodwill of the whole team, m felt comfortable with our family, and we became close people during our stay. Professionalism at the highest level, we Israelis already know this, now we have to wait for the results of treatment, it all depends on the organism of my son, but most importantly, we believe that doctors did their best !!!

I would like to wish the clinic more kind patients and patients. I was pleased with the attitude of the workers, the location is very convenient. The trust of the doctor is at the highest level. The doctor who performed the operation, Nikolai Yuryevich Kuznetsov, is a good surgeon. I gave a good mood after and before the operation. The relationship with the patient is very warm. Coordinator Adonis constantly, almost all 24/7, stayed in touch with me, and they were interested in me both before and after the operation. My overall experience was good, however the decision was not easy and I was pretty scared as it was my very first surgery Doctor Kharkov and his team answered all my questions, made 3D modelling first, informed me of all steps. I am 34 days post op now, still have some swelling and breathing issues but enjoy my new look anyway. My rehab was quite tough and I appreciate the Perfecto Room team and especially assistant doctors, nurses, administrative assistant who were very supportive and helpful during my all rhino journey.
