I categorically do not recommend this clinic. My experience of installing 17 Emax veneers, 8 zirconia crowns, and 3 implants turned into a disaster due to professional negligence and misleading information. From the first day I arrived at the clinic, there was complete disorganization!
1. DECEPTION IN THE OFFER AND IN REALITY:
The offer featured a doctor with 14 years of experience and an American PhD, prominently displayed in their advertising. In reality, the treatment was performed by a 27-year-old doctor (a recent graduate). I only found this out after my healthy teeth had been fully filed down. The clinic uses the names of experienced doctors to attract clients, effectively placing them in the hands of inexperienced staff. The experience of the doctor was a key factor in choosing this clinic. I didn't want to be biased and decided to give the doctor a chance, which turned out to be a huge mistake. They promise one warranty on veneers and crowns in the offer but change the warranty terms in practice, citing administrative changes.
2. INSTALLATION OF VENEERS AND CROWNS ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE WITHOUT POSSIBILITY OF CORRECTION:
I was kept in a hotel for five days with filed teeth and then decided to install the veneers and crowns on the day of departure, 4-5 hours before the flight. Out of my total of 8 days there, the installation was scheduled on the day of departure. Veneer fitting was promised every day, and on the day of fitting, after being kept in the dark until 6:00 PM, I was informed it would also occur on the day of departure, leading to a truly horrifying result.
3. COORDINATORS:
The coordinators displayed completely unprofessional behavior. They deviated from the initial offer with Bookimed, refusing both clinic-to-hotel transportation and doctor substitutions. They didn't even know who the doctor listed in the official offer was. Coordinator Ivan, instead of addressing issues, persistently defended his position, ignoring all errors, promises, and clinic operations. Before my arrival, I inquired several times whether the clinic had its own laboratory to ensure corrections would only take a couple of hours. I was assured everything would be quick. In the end, I was held at the hotel for 5 out of 8 days with filed-down teeth, and the installation was scheduled 4 hours before the flight. There were no promised daily fittings until achieving complete satisfaction. A total lack of customer orientation was evident. Instead of answering questions about timelines, specifics, and doctors, the coordinator vehemently asserted, "You will like the result." This cannot be called professionalism.
4. COST IN THE OFFER AND IN REALITY:
The offer quotes one cost of treatment, but in reality, they added approximately €1000 or more. Again, no one can answer questions about why this happened, as they will tell you they have nothing to do with the offer. And you’re already there, set on receiving treatment.
5. COMPLAINTS:
At the Panorama hotel, I also met 4 women in a state of shock from the treatment results and the behavior of the staff. One filed an official complaint against the clinic with the French consulate. Another cried at breakfast. Two other women were there not for the first time, having returned to correct the initial work. We are all in contact for an official complaint on the clinic to the Ministry of Health in Turkey, France, Germany, and other associations to initiate a license review for this clinic.
6. RESULT:
The result is absolutely horrifying! The crown on the front tooth is drastically different from the veneers, despite being paid for as a veneer. I decided to install 11 crowns on completely healthy teeth after orthodontic treatment solely to ensure that the veneer color would not differ from my natural teeth. In reality, the front teeth are different colors. There is a gap between the teeth, although I mentioned and warned about this. The doctor filled the gaps with a filling, which fell out the day I returned home. A veneer on the molar broke after just one week. The teeth were inadequately long—despite requests and wishes. The doctor decided to file them down, thereby ruining the veneers. Consequently, there are no incisors or the desired transparency, which both the coordinator and the doctor had sworn to provide before starting work.
7. SECOND VISIT:
The doctor themselves immediately confirmed the need to correct the work on the second visit. I had to demand written confirmation from the clinic that they would fix the work, as the clinic inspires zero trust whatsoever. I will definitely leave a review after the second visit. Depending on the second visit, I will consider whether to join the collective statement against the clinic.
8. DOCUMENTATION AND BLACKMAIL:
Initially, there was an agreement with the coordinator that documentation was needed for the insurance company of my country of residence. I was assured that all documents would be completed at the request of the insurance company. However, the initial document from the clinic was incorrectly issued—not only not according to international standards but also simply missing the mention of bridges. Coordinator Ivan refused to correct errors in the insurance documents (where bridges were not indicated), demanding in return that I remove my review on Bookimed. Working "in exchange" and covering up their errors instead of correcting them represents the pinnacle of unprofessionalism. This was the last straw for leaving a review here. I didn't want to leave a review, hoping they would improve the service by the second visit. But blackmailing with documents on the condition of removing negative ratings is a direct violation of medical ethics and the law.
9. REVIEW:
Those affected by the clinic's actions, please contact this number +4917622093381. I will add you to the group with other patients who are preparing an official appeal to the authorities.
Lack of competence, professionalism, and complete irresponsibility.
