I am grateful to bookmed for helping me choose a clinic. Everything that was promised was fulfilled in full! We were met and organised everything very efficiently in terms of time. The interpreter Akilai was very good, she solved all our queries and questions very quickly and was available 24/7. Dr Hakan - hair transplant and Dr Ibrahim Renoseptoplasty are very competent. I would like to mention Dr Hakan in particular, he was very attentive, friendly and open, explained everything and took care of us...The doctors did a great job and now everything depends on how carefully their recommendations will be followed during the rehabilitation period.

I had a septorhinoplasty to fix a defect in my right nasal passage. I have been extremely pleased with everything: from the doctor, Dr. Ibrahim Altoparlak, whose expertise I fully trust, and who is very empathetic towards his patients; for the medical staff, who took care of me; and finally for the BookMed interpreters, Akilay and Feruza for their support and compassion during the entire process. Everybody has been wonderful and I highly recommend them!

In brief I can say that this Bookimed.com from my side does not deserve a lot of trust they have changed the price two or three times, and especially offensive that the last time it was changed before the operation in 20 minutes is when you have not eaten almost since 18.00 yesterday came to the clinic already lunch waiting for the operation. and you say the price has increased by 15% you agree, well where to go, to look for a new clinic time is needed and accommodation, if for example they said for a day I 100% refused and so run with things not everyone wants. Plus after the operation and with them to contact was difficult they responded to messages if possible and the next day or even a day later if it was a day off. And I will add that at the end you got a bigger nose than you wanted, although they assured it was swelling. Well, it's been more than a month and you can see not a big curvature even, as it was before. I don't know if it'll go away in a year, but that's a long time. I know that people in other clinics have had rhinoplasty and are happy with their nose after a week and every day more and more, but here, according to them, the nose will become like the photo only in a year.

Good afternoon, I would like to thank the whole DR MED team. I had several surgeries (septo and rhinoplasty, liposuction combined with bbl, breast lift and implant replacement, jplazma) today is the 6th day after surgery and every day I am getting better and better. The girls at the clinic have been insanely warm to me and the transfer is going smoothly. I am already very happy with my new body. The doctor is very attentive and calm, which makes me happy. I liked everything very much. Thank you very much!!!! I certainly recommend the clinic, they know what they are doing.
