Having made an initial enquiry on line, I was impressed by the follow up and treatment proposals and costs I did some research and determined that I needed to get the very best medical attention It was a great help to have somebody with me during the day of the tests, sorting my papers and dealing with translation. Absolutely invaluable Everything was explained to me in detail My only comments are that it would have been good to have been informed about the number of nights stay in the hospital I expected an overnight stay after the procedure In fact for good reasons it was a total of three nights

With great gratitude I would like to leave this review about the Bookimed team, and in particular about my coordinator Olga Romaniuk, who helped me with the choice of clinic, carefully considering all my requests and nuances of future treatment, was always in touch with me. Olga has a high level of empathy and desire to really help! Thanks to her, I chose Asklepios Barmbek Clinic in Germany and I have not regretted it one bit! I was operated on by a talented surgeon Ursula Scholz, who performed the operation with jewellery and professionalism. Conditions in the clinic are quite good, the ward has everything you need, the medical staff is very polite, nurses many times after the operation came into the room and asked if I need anything and everything is fine. Special thanks to the International Department of the clinic and my interpreter Lydia, who accompanied me at all stages of preparation for the operation. I would like to note that all questions concerning payment for medical services were discussed in advance and fully corresponded to the initially agreed amount, with the issuance of relevant documents and cheques. Nobody demanded any preliminary money transfers from me before the initial visit to the clinic. The payment was made in the clinic itself. I would like to summarise my experience with the Bookimed team: if you want to receive qualified medical care abroad, you can really trust the Bookimed team, which works honestly and professionally, as I was convinced by my experience!

Tatyana, the representative of the company, is very communicative, explains everything, no complaints, even came at 7.30 for the procedure, although there was no translation. I made a slight remark, the price for some services was not announced to me , but in fact it was added... These side effects must also be voiced before the trip...... The hospital is on the level, I felt calm there, I have complete trust in the doctors, you can calmly go for treatment.....

I am writing a review for those people who are in the same difficult situation as our family. Just want to warn, think before you go here. They did not help us ... Moreover, now we understand that they simply did not tell us the truth, promised treatment that everything would be fine and we believed in it, sincerely! They didn’t save on treatment, did everything they recommended, but they just cheerlessly pumped chemistry and prescribed unnecessary consultations like a physiotherapist with charging a hopelessly sick person !!! The company "phoenix" is a soulless creature with the function of receiving money, I don’t even know how to call them anymore ... Doctor Professor Eger also smiled on detours and said that everything would be fine and didn’t even tell the family that the situation was getting worse, she appointed procedures ... As we now understand, everything was clear for a long time, we just wanted to be "treated" because we paid. They tortured our daddy heartlessly and cynically for money !!! Curator Stoyanova stopped responding to letters and the phone immediately, as soon as they informed her that the patient no longer exists. NO ONE! neither she, nor "phoenix", nor the clinic, they even expressed condolences ... It hurts to realize that nothing human is left in people ... We scolded our Russian doctors, and they just told us the truth right away

5 minutes of communication with a doctor-600euro plus a hotel-400 add a flight or transport -350 and 300 euros other costs and the result is NULL. It turns out that everyone has staphylococcosis and it is not necessary to treat it! So, JAPANESE MAT'AT, I went with a specific problem, beforehand dropped all the results of the tests and can not immediately refuse and not milk me and waste my time.

I have retina detachments issues therefore I applied this group of individuals. When we agreed there was one professor the one week prior to my arrival we retired and I was offered Dr. Shaudig whom i eventually never met. On meeting in the reception I was advised that said professor was ill today. So I was routinely and e consumer,inglese inspected by a couple of young 1doctors who told me nothing new in the end. The story cost me min 1000 Euros. For just nothing. It could look funny that such cases still occur in the 21 sr century in Western Europe. I was promised a report on my case from the Professor but I’m still looking forward to enjoy it. This circus took places in a Hamburg 28.11.17. Think twice everyone. Not all the gold that glitters

We are discharging from the hospital, we will keep in touch with this doctor. The procedures go terribly, there is no specific treatment prescribed yet, there is no diagnosis. Besides the fact that my daughter eats, has lunch, has dinner as in a usual sanatorium, they just rip off 600-700 euros per night - a lot of money when you don’t see the result, why stay, just overnight to pay money. I am not happy with the visit.

There was an operation on the soft palate and a gastrocheck. The professor surgeon, a conscientious and attentive person, did an excellent job. There would be more such specialists. I have questions for the accompanying Russian office, nurses and ultrasound doctor: 1) The catheter was installed only the fourth time, and as a result, I now have a damaged vein in my arm that can no longer be restored 2) the ultrasound doctor found two cysts in the thyroid, 1.2 cm each , although this had never happened before, upon arrival home I did a double check, the cysts turned out to be 1.2 mm each, perhaps in the conclusion the comma was placed in the wrong place, or the fact that the doctor was very young 3) support and organization for 3, they took payment for a separate fee, but except for me there was also a man. They promised to recalculate, but they never did, after 3 months. Then I sent photographs to show them to the professor to make sure that everything was ok with the larynx, I first checked whether it was possible to send them. I've been waiting two weeks for an answer, and now they're completely ignoring me. The impression is that after receiving payment, attention and interest in the patient ends.

My father was suffering from pulmonary related disease , after doing study about medical tourism agents. I really like the doctor's approach, very friendly and made me feel comfortable. He was willing to hear my questions and explained the whole procedure and post operation requirements. The doctor's personal assistance was also in the call and immediately after she contacted me to ask if there all was ok and if there is anything else I needed to ask.
I liked the fact that after the online consultation I felt more relaxed about the operation to follow in the coming months.
