If you're researching a breast lift, you probably value a clear and organized process, just like I do. The entire journey, from initial inquiries to arriving at the clinic, was managed with a high degree of professionalism. Everything was handled efficiently. The clinical environment was orderly, and the staff were attentive throughout my stay. I found my surgeon to be very thorough during our discussions, making sure all technical aspects were understood before moving forward. I'm currently in the early phase of recovery, and the healing is progressing just as the medical team outlined it would. Unfortunately, my experience was a huge disappointment. Although my procedure was a traditional platysmaplasty, I am dissatisfied with the work of the surgeon and the clinic as a whole. The staff did their best, which was a small ray of hope, but that couldn’t make up for the fundamental shortcomings. Recovery is difficult. So far, dealing with the compression garments has by far been the hardest part of the whole process, making it even more unpleasant. All in all, a very sobering experience for me.
The "Zeppelin" hotel was the only good thing about my whole trip
Languages: English and Polish only. No German interpreter. Communication is very difficult, relying solely on translations via the app.

Overall, my experience as a patient was very positive, and the medical staff was courteous. Surgeon Grzegorz Keżyńska was also competent and very responsible in making decisions regarding the surgery. Unfortunately, after the surgery was canceled for medical reasons, I have been waiting for a refund to my bank account for 10 days, as I was informed in the clinic, but time has passed, and there is still no money. I will be even more grateful to the clinic if I receive the refund! Thank you very much.
I appreciated the professional approach of surgeon Grigory Kezhinki, a highly qualified specialist.
That upon leaving the clinic, I have neither a contract nor documents confirming payment for the surgery, which unfortunately was not performed, as well as that I am owed a refund. And what amount will be deducted for the examination? All of this needs to be discussed with the patient, and there should not be a situation where funds are taken before the surgery, and then the patient is forced to request reports!

I had a breast augmentation operation. It took a very long time to pass the tests, without an interpreter, the staff is not attentive, there was no consultation with the doctor after the operation, I only saw a nurse at the dressing .I did not get any answers to my questions .I was in the ward for 24 hours, the staff there is very good, thank them very much, the food is normal, clean, comfortable beds.After discharge, my ultrasound scans were lost...When I asked where they are, no one knows.Now it is already 8 days after the operation...I sent the pictures of the breast no response ....

Surgeon pleasant kind helpful. However, not very transparent, I asked for a certain result. His assistant and he himself assured me that it was feasible and that I would get it. Nothing at all like what I had asked for and once you have paid the deposit it will be very difficult to get in touch with his personal assistant... fortunately there was the bookimed assistant who was always there to meet my expectations!

Transfer service was really good and well worth it in my opinion
Pros: Transfer service was really good and well worth it in my opinion . Patient co-ordinator we’re very helpful and fluent in English Hospital staff were polite and professional. Cons: Busy hospital corridors, people waiting on stairwells. Equipment seemed poorly maintained, and old in a lot of cases. One room we had to use to sign documents was full of bloody bandages just sitting on table, no co-ordination. When having my blood pressure checked, the equipment had pieces of chewing gum stuck on it - assuming from previous patients ( no attention to detail when cleaning). Advertised as English speaking nurses, but none really spoke English, had to use translator app alot.
