Everything was flawless

If you’re considering stem cell rejuvenation, you should be aware that the hardest part comes after the procedure. For me, the biggest challenge was definitely waiting for the results. The procedure itself, which involved using stem cells from my blood plasma, was straightforward. Physically, I actually feel much the same as before, which is probably normal in the early stages of recovery. The surgeon and the entire staff were consistently professional and supportive, so I give full marks for the care and the clinic. Everything was flawless. You just have to be aware that patience is required. I would recommend the clinic.

The treatment went smoothly. The town is lovely for sightseeing afterwards, too.

The clinic’s coordinator isn’t always available, which was sometimes frustrating. It makes you feel insecure. I was scared at first (new city, I didn’t know anyone and I didn’t speak the language either). The Bookimed staff member was always available and replied straight away. She was reliable, which made my stay much easier in the end. Not all the hotels are good. I recommend the Hyatt hotel (it’s expensive, though) and 216 Castel (cheap and in a lovely area). Be careful with taxi drivers in the city. You end up paying more than the journey actually cost.

To be honest, we found the clinic by searching for the top 10 hospitals in Turkey and chose Memorial, the call centre was very adequate, we were met at the airport by a special clinic transfer car, which was very convenient for us! Then we had a consultation with doctor Semre Kahraman, she explained us the next steps of our operation (IVF) in a very clear language. We are planning to have the operation at the end of November hopefully we will succeed very much believe in Dr Semre 🙏, I forgot to mention the consultation was free which surprised me very pleasantly 😳 as last year I was in Medipole there I paid 220$ for the consultation.

I liked Dr Semre the best.

As for the treatment and the doctor, it is too early to give a final assessment, as we are just starting to work. But I can already say that I chose Memorial Ataşehir Clinic and I was satisfied with the staff, the doctor, the interpreter and the clinic itself. My biggest worry was centered on one of the 2-3 fibroids I had. The surgeon and the entire team at the clinic were great, which put me at ease. The procedure itself was smooth. I am now in the early recovery phase and I feel good, though I do tire easily, as is expected. It’s still too early to know what the final results will be, but I am optimistic. I can’t really comment on the price clarity as I wasn't sure about the details. From a medical and care standpoint, everything was handled very professionally by the staff.

The doctor was patient and heard all my needs. He couldnot have done more. Bookmed helped me get the best options. The process was so smooth

Maybe, letting customer know there will be additional cost other than the ones quotated. We paid for so many tests not covered.
