I would like to share my feedback about the coordinator Kristina, who assisted me from the initial inquiry until the very end. I was searching for a clinic for breast lift/augmentation. I don't recall how, but I submitted a request on Bookimed and received a response very promptly. To be honest, I wasn't planning to undergo surgery so soon; I was simply exploring clinic and doctor options to make a calm decision and perhaps have the lift in a year or more. However, Kristina immediately got involved, listened to my requests, and began providing options in various countries. Initially, I was considering the Czech Republic, but after discussing with Kristina, we decided on Turkey. She took into account my budget, selected clinics, provided reviews with before/after photos, answered countless questions, and I never once felt pressured into making a decision. I had many doubts because I had to travel to another country alone, without a companion, and feared that it might be challenging for me to manage alone, but Kristina assured me that I would receive enough support to not worry. And that's exactly how it was! From the airport meeting to my departure, everything was top-notch! The coordinator in Turkey, Sueda, all the nurses, other clinic staff, and the doctor treated me like a VIP guest! I never regretted my decision and am grateful to Kristina and Dr. Ali for quickly fulfilling my long-held dream! If you're considering a mommy makeover, my biggest piece of advice would be to find a team you feel completely comfortable with. That’s what I found here. The surgeon and staff were excellent throughout my tummy tuck, breast augmentation, and liposuction journey. I'm still in the early stages of recovery, and while standing up straight is a real challenge, my tummy tuck incision is already healing very cleanly. Things are going well. The support from everyone at the clinic has been consistent and reassuring, which has made all the difference in this process.
The whole experience was seamless. The doctors, nurses and interpreter made the process so simple for me.
The food at the hospital wasn’t great. I had said I was vegetarian but there was meat in pretty much all meals.

It was a good choice
What worried me most was how the recovery would go and how much pain I would be in. To my relief, it turned out to be quite bearable. At this stage of healing, the biggest source of discomfort has been the irritation from the plaster, rather than the pain from the operation itself, which came as a pleasant surprise to me. My surgeon used the anchor lift technique and Mentor implants, and I had complete confidence in his approach. My nipples are healing well, although it is still too early to judge the final shape of my breasts. The entire clinic staff were very attentive and supportive every step of the way. It was a good choice.

Wonderful team. Mustafa - interpreter-coordinator organised everything as conveniently as possible. He was always on the phone, ready to solve any issue. The whole trip: from the transfer at the airport to the first result of the operation - just top. The transfer, the hotel where I was accommodated, the hospital and its hospital room - excellent. Attentive medical staff. Not all nurses spoke English but were always willing to help, used the translator on the phone. The doctor is energetic, understanding and speaks English, so there were no problems with communication. I am satisfied with everything and I am glad that I chose this clinic.

The operations take place in a government hospital. Nobody speaks English there. Communication is very difficult; if there are complications after surgery, then this is problematic. There is also very questionable medical training. Injections and tests are taken without gloves. They can't take an analysis. They pricked a vein, didn’t get it and left. We touched it with our own hands without gloves. They measure your blood pressure haphazardly or not at all, and then they write down what they made up and lie that they checked it all night. Immediately after the operation I had to call them and shout for them to come because the call button did not work. I had a lingering shock from all this. We had a girl translator with us who did not want to disconnect when I asked her. Although I speak English fluently and did not need her services. I didn’t want to undress in front of her and show my chest or belly. Therefore, the consultation was useless for me. As I became convinced later (when I had already undergone surgery), this company is very focused on earnings, and not on the client.

Так же там очень сомнительная медицинская подготовка. Уколы и анализы берут без перчаток. Анализ взять не могут. Кололи вену, не попадали и уходили. Трогали своими руками без перчаток. Давление меряют как попало или не меряют вообще, а потом записывают придуманное и врут что проверяли всю ночь. Сразу после операции мне приходилось звать их и кричать чтоб подошли так как кнопка вызова не работала. У меня был затяжной шок от всего этого
