I was expecting a full examination because I was invited to the Ichilov-Surasky clinic, but was only in two private clinics for consultations. I chose the Vital hotel exclusively because of Considerations to be close to the clinic. During this treatment, I was only twice in this medical center, both times in the laboratory for blood donation, I waited 1 hour for the first time, 30 minutes for the second time, despite the fact that there was no visitor except me. All other actions, including the consultation of the doctor, were not in this clinic, so it is difficult for me, based on the foregoing, to make a different assessment. Also about the doctor. I was given the wrong doctor who was originally declared. I do not know anything about the current attending physician, please provide the data whenever possible. The doctor's conclusion, by the way, was also not carried out on Ichilov’s form — on a regular sheet and contains not the appointments that were made as a result, the doctor’s explanation of the side effects of the drugs (but I was going there, because your specialist said medicine without side effects and this was the key for me), appointed in the end and containing quite strong side effects.

We received a detailed consultation with Dr. Pelles Sharon and her assistant Denis. They explained everything, gave me a treatment plan, and the doctor was very attentive to details. We are very grateful for the small chance that these doctors gave us. I would also like to note the work of the coordinator, Yulia. Good afternoon, yesterday returned from the Ichilov Clinic. I would like to thank Bookimed, namely Cyril (our honey coordinator), for the quick feedback, answers to all questions, for the quick organization of the trip, in just 5 days all the documents were prepared, the department “Care” - Olga and Alexandra, honey coordinator in Tel Avive - Denis, transfer - Leo !!!! Unfortunately, Professor Uri Kramer could not accept us, but we were quickly provided with a replacement - Violetta Chernykh, who had a consultation and prescribed adequate treatment. We were satisfied!

There were only positive aspects in working with Bookimed, I was absolutely happy with everything, I was just glad how everything was clear and understandable, but I did not understand some points in working with the clinic. The impression was that for the clinic the result is not so important as making money. I’m not a doctor, but I understand that you can’t take codle tests. A person ate, if a person comes with stomach problems, this is minimal. In fact, we passed tests for $ 750 but did not understand whether we have problems with sugar or not. In Ukraine, they again tested.

My brother has epilepsy .. Without a doubt, the Ichilov clinic is an excellent choice for examinations and treatment of various diseases. And the narrow specialization of doctors make it one of the best in the world. I am very grateful to the Bookimed consultants who helped me choose the Ichilov Medical Center. I'm pleased now about the hospital and the treatment I got was great, everything was done very fast(blood test, etc), the hospital has new equipment and it is really great. The price is higher to compare with Europe, but it is justified. One thing that I don't like that is I have a bad connection with a doctor after my consultation and every question that I had I could provide through middle-man only that is why it was not so fust. Also, the English level of the stuff was not so good.

The staff is great. At the moment, we are waiting for the results of the tests, since the wrong diagnosis was made in Ukraine. In Ukraine, sarcoma was treated for 7 months and it is gone. We are not saying that there is no oncology, but the fact that there is no sarcoma is already pleasing. Received very nicely and politely. The coordinators are Russian-speaking.
