Honestly, I'm in awe from this experience
The hospital was fantastic, room was private, with all required amenities, cafe - lovely, everything was beautiful and clean. Staff were just so accommodating, my Doctor was knowledgeable, explained the procedure in detail. Honestly, I'm in awe from this experience. And even though I was coming in with a slight fear and a tiny panic attack, there was really no need to worry, everything is on a highest level! Thanks to all!
Translators were top notch! Everything was amazing, I can't select just one thing.
Had issue with payment, it kept getting rejected and due to this I wasn't admitted right away. But once payment went through, all services followed smoothly.

Because I know how difficult it is to make choices and remove unnecessary emotions, especially when it comes to health, especially when it's not just about yours. In April I chose where to make a PET CT analysis for my mother, who had completed 25 chemistries, and at the same time wanted to choose a place where she would check herself. Closer to 30, you understand that "less you know - better sleep" does not always work in the field of your own health or your loved ones. I knew about Bukimed from my comrades, this time I tried on myself. I will thank you for your patience and steadfastness in the list of questions that I asked our coordinator - Konstantin. You understand that at some moments you're meticulous, but it's all important for a comfortable passage not the most enjoyable journey. We went through all the procedures in the clinic of Anadol, near Istanbul. Meet, transfer to the hotel, and from there to the hospital - for free and almost as clearly as possible in Turkey. The reasons for choosing this place: quick access from Kharkov, more affordable price in comparison with Europe, the opportunity to undergo examinations for mom, and me. Of the pros, for a reasonable price (check up cost ~ 600 ye), you went through most important doctors in 1.5 days, passed a number of important tests and the next day received information from the therapist about what and how. I hope for the professionalism and quality of the equipment, so that the data are 100% correct. Of the big drawbacks: everything is not on schedule, the host party is trying to catch the maximum flow of "tourists", so get ready to wait 2-3 hours from the appointed time. NOT all doctors - luminaries and "picking" deep into the question, so, unfortunately, were and are everywhere. Therefore, if you eat with an important and extremely decisive question, try to check that all your questions and documents are studied and passed on to specialists. We had a failure with this. In general, this experience is less stressful than the Ukrainian version, the feeling that you are going for the features of your side, a pleasant climate - allows you to relax a little and add a good mood for important things!

All the steps of all the doctors and staff are so coordinated that pleases the eye
(Breast cancer) 2024 At the time of contacting Bookimed we only knew the country of treatment and Julia (Coordinator at Bookimed) helped us with our choice. Thank her so much! At Bookimed we were looking for an unbiased approach to selecting a treatment facility and help with treatment discounts. They did their part 100 per cent professionally! Everything at the clinic was at the right level. From the transfer to the assistance with accommodation. Speaking of the most important thing, the diagnosis and treatment was top notch. After seeing this attitude to patients and to our work, we confidently put our trust in the professionals of this clinic! My sister is 31 years old. Breast could not be saved, we had to replace it with an implant! The operation went so smoothly that on the third day we were discharged, and a week later, we were already at home. All the steps of all the doctors and staff are so coordinated that pleases the eye. Today is 2 months since the operation and in a month we will have our first check-up. In shaa Alloh, everything will be fine!!!
We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of services. The breast was removed, an implant was inserted and in 3 days we were discharged, and in another 3 days we were already at home. And after 20 days from the day of surgery, we have already fully recovered and started chemo. It's a miracle. I will say one thing, don't waste time, if you have a diagnosis, get treatment soon. We had stage 1 before surgery and after surgery it turned out to be stage 2A. PLEASE DON'T WASTE ANY TIME!!!

From visiting the clinic and undergoing examination were only negative impressions. Appointed to the doctor for 10 days at a certain time, and got an hour later! All tests were taken promptly, in 1 day and promised the results and a visit to the doctor in 2-3 days (the doctor himself said that everything needs to be done very quickly, because I needed urgent treatment), and silence .... Irada I didn’t answer calls ... We only got contact with the help of Bookimed employees! In general, we got to the doctor only after a week, and we were told that we needed to do another examination !!! (remembered) In general, we lost time in vain, which is very important for cancer patients, nerves and money ... Many thanks to the girls from Bookimed for support, help and patience Ie !!! I am grateful to Katerina, Daria, Olga and Darina for the help and support !!! I do not recommend Medipole. I am undergoing treatment in another clinic!

Doctors of the clinic are qualified, speak English well. But the organization of treatment, that is, all these coordinators and translators already when you are in India, is a huge minus of the process. Simply huge. Expectations of everything and everywhere for hours, sometimes at times, poor awareness, a terrible accent on Russian, that one can understand a lot to the exact opposite, ignorance of medical terms, that is, only life can translate. I accompanied mamutna treatment, I speak English a little, therefore something accelerated due to this. One patient should not go, look for an accompanying person if other countries do not fit the prices for treatment. If someone is traveling alone or an accompanying person does not know English, the process will spoil your nerves. The very examination and treatment, surgery, everything is at a good level. But before the ability to organize everything painlessly for the patient, it will still come to BLK not soon. I do not know, as in other clinics in India, I think it's the same. Translators are different here, and the problems are the same. So in the whole country I think. But if there is no way out, you can entrust local doctors to the health. The patient is well fed in the hospital and the accompanying person. Chambers of any size isolate the patient with curtains around the perimeter, you see only the staff, but keep in mind that the multiple rooms are very noisy. Who prays in Arabic for the whole room, who sings the song, who plays the game with sound effects, who is screaming on the phone, because there is still no silence, people still have groans for the illnesses of people ... they do not do anybody for unconnected phones, loud talks and other inadequacy.

I have breast cancer and I went through chemotherapy in Moscow. Six sessions have passed. It was very difficult to tolerate these procedures. A doctor in Kazakhstan said that this is enough, it is necessary to switch to tableted chemistry. And Moscow offered to continue doing chemotherapy. Opinions are divided. We arrived in Seoul in the morning, we were met by a transfer, brought to the hotel. After lunch, they were already in the clinic, I began to take tests. Constantly with me was one of the translators. Girls translators are great fellows, these are Lida, Olesya, Sofia, Tatyana, Alena. Any question could be addressed, they always prompted. They are professionals. Always with a smile, polite, with enormous patience, and most importantly, they understand that they work with a special audience, with people who did not come to rest. Someone to find out the diagnosis, and someone to do the operation. Thank you so much to the girls. The clinic was impressive. Doctors are professionals. The equipment is super. I got the opinion of a third party, it coincided with the opinion of a doctor from Kazakhstan. I was prescribed a prescription, I bought medicines at the pharmacy and started drinking on arrival home. I'm pleased now about the hospital and the treatment I got was great, everything was done very fast(blood test, etc), the hospital has new equipment and it is really great. The price is higher to compare with Europe, but it is justified. One thing that I don't like that is I have a bad connection with a doctor after my consultation and every question that I had I could provide through middle-man only that is why it was not so fust. Also, the English level of the stuff was not so good.
