I’m happy with the price and the surgeon’s experience. These are the most important things so I would recommend. Early sign suggests good outcome. Most nurses are very nice and attentive, but speak hardly any English. I used google translate to convey what I wanted to say, but they mostly tried to get by with the few words they know which creates confusion and uncertainty. Hospital should also provide written information about what to expect before and after the operation.

It was perfect, except that I was hoping to leave with the vaccination that the doctor couldn't prescribe, explaining that there was new legislation and also that I must be in an infectious period.

We heard that Greece has very good water therapy. And we came to Evexia mainly for this. The pool is specially equipped for various activities. There is also a device for transporting patients in wheelchairs, which is not found everywhere. Our son does water therapy every day with very good instructors. He manages to actively perform many exercises. The water is warm, and the duration of the lesson itself is 45 minutes. This is wonderful therapy for our son. The results are noticeable gradually. We are also very pleased with the speech therapy classes. Therapists are mostly young people, very proactive and responsible. The accommodation is comfortable, very clean. The clinic is 20 minutes by car from the airport and 10 minutes from the sea. The weather is great in winter, lots of sun.

Everything is at the highest level. I won’t talk about treatment, because I don’t know myself, that is, I haven’t been treated. I was examined by a doctor and consulted. But I liked everything. The doctor's competence, the reception staff, the cleanliness, the equipment... The only problem is probably the parking in front of the clinic. It is difficult to park as the spaces are all occupied. But this is a problem for any big city, especially the capital. Overall everything is great!

I paid for the appointment in advance. At the appointment, I needed to have an ultrasound scan and they did it right away, I didn't have to go anywhere, make any appointments, they did it right on the spot. They found something that a doctor in a public hospital could not find. Everything is clean, everyone is friendly, everything is of good quality.

Overall, the treatments we received, access to services, the facilities and all of the personnel we interacted with was great.

I won’t talk about the way this clinic conducts business, namely that the price starts to rise when you are already there and your passport is with the registrar, all this is nothing, if there was a result, but the result is this - Urology of this institution is completely bottom, here in the bookcomed they praised that you will have a professor, and so, a professor who, as it turned out, specializes in child circumcisions, spent at most three minutes on me when providing tests and descriptions of the disease, and two on the results and treatment prescriptions, well, okay, I think, the professor, he treats in a second, but no, I was treated, the result is zero, just zero. And you understand this: time, money and most importantly health, there are still a lot of moments, but you can close your eyes to all this, if you were cured, if you at least tried to think about it

The stay at the clinic went well, the surgeon was polite and courteous. Before the operation, additional examinations were made, which raised the expected cost. There is a good hotel not far from the clinic. The coordinator who prepared the documents for discharge forgot to give me a prescription from a doctor. Accordingly, without a prescription, I could not present medicines. I reported my problem to him via WhatsApp, to which I did not receive any help or even a response from him. A week has passed since the operation and I feel fine and without medication, I hope everything stays that way. Everything was good, except for the mistake of the staff who coordinates foreign patients. Thank you. Bookimed service was satisfied.
