My overall experience was wonderful easy and carefree, Dr. Phatcharasak Kraisorphongsakul and his nurses and team are helpful respectful and kind in future I will definitely return if I decide to undergo future procedures.I highly recommend IDCLINIC it can be scary traveling to a different country for sugary I’ve also traveled to turkey I recommend Thailand above this the cleanliness and the standard is high at IDCLINIC and they take pride in what they do,you feel like the most important patient in a clinic full of patients because this is how they naturally are. very professional and attentive to each individual patient and their personal needs.i will be recommending any of my loved ones and friends that are contemplating sugary over seas to Thailand at IDCLINIC.

The staff are very friendly and make you feel really comfortable. It is sometimes a bit difficult to communicate in the clinic as not every member of staff speaks English well, but it's not a big problem. I was very nervous before my tummy tuck but the nurse was really responsive to me. Contact is always via WhatsApp, which is very convenient. I am driven to the clinic every 2 days and the clinic covers the travel costs. Everything is also included. I am more than satisfied for the price and can highly recommend the clinic.

I can't say enough good things about Dr Phatcharasak and his staff at the I.D. Clinic Bangkok. They handle everything for you right from the start. You don't have to worry about anything. Just show up and be in the best health possible. Professional, clean, kind, and meticulous are all words I would use to describe I.D. Clinic. And I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Outstanding service, support, surgeon and medical staff. I was nervous about my surgery but all of the staff were so professional, supportive and friendly. I highly recommend I’d clinic and will be going back for more surgery.

Ice was one of the nurses who collected me from the airport. She was so kind for waiting nearly two hours for me due to a delay I had. She helped me so much after my surgery too. Another nurse Marge was wonderful. She helped with translation and my aftercare, she was so gentle when helping take out my stitches. I thank all of the nursing staff, they were all wonderful in their own way and treated me very well. I wish I could have spoken with the doctor more, he always seemed in a rush, I know he is a very busy man but if he could slow down just a bit it would help the patient care factor improve. But overall I'm really happy with my experience with the ID Clinic team ☺️ I only took two pictures of the inside of my overnight room, the clinic was very clean and comfortable and beautiful 🙏
