Eyebrow hair transplantation consists of the following steps:
- Training
It includes a consultation with a specialist and a blood test for hormone levels (it is important that it is normal, otherwise the transplanted hairs may fall out).
Design creation
The client and the doctor approve the future shape, size and location of the eyebrows, and draw the model with a pencil on the face.
Hair follicle harvesting and implantation
The procedure takes place under local anesthesia. For implantation, the doctor uses grafts (groups of follicles), which contain 1-2 bulbs. On average, 50-400 bulbs are required for 1 eyebrow. The donor area is the back of the head or the area behind the ears.
Depending on the type of implantation, the doctor takes the follicles using a punch or FUE machine. He implants the hairs in the eyebrow area using a scalpel and tweezers or a Choi instrument. At the same time, the specialist sets the direction of growth and the angle of inclination to the hairs, which correspond to the natural ones. On average, the intervention lasts 2-4 hours.
After that, the doctor puts a bandage on the donor area, and the patient can go to the hotel.
Postoperative consultation
The next day after the operation, the person comes to the clinic for a consultation. The specialist examines the eyebrows and the donor area, gives recommendations on how to care for them. After that, you can fly home.
