It was full of information consultation and Dr Francesco Maisano was very generous in providing us with multiple solutions for my father's case with mentioning the best solution among them and why it was the best solution. So, he was very knowledgeable, very genius and expertise. I strongly recommend this service. One issue was that the bookimed was helpful, very fast in replying but the files I sent to them to share it with Dr Francesco Maisano, they didn't share it all, but it was fixed shortly.
