I am now completely confident that I can get the advice I need in my own language at any time!!!!
What I feared most was feeling lost and unheard when I decided to seek a consultation in another country. But that fear vanished as soon as I got in touch with Bookingmed, specifically with Yulia. She looked through my preliminary test results, listened to my concerns and found a suitable clinic quite quickly; then we set a date and that was it! The only inconvenience was that I live near Rome, but the appointment was in Milan – though that wasn’t a problem for me! I was met at the clinic by an interpreter, who was also the coordinator, so I didn’t have to queue or wait around (YAY!!) The doctor answered all my questions patiently and without rushing. Fortunately, my fears turned out to be overblown. The entire process, from my initial enquiry right through to the appointment itself, was well organised. Everything simply worked out. I am now completely confident that I can get the advice I need in my own language at any time!!!! Thank you so much!!!

I was very impressed by eveything.It took us almost 6 months to find the best doctor and Hospital for my mum.The agent who helped us from bookimed was the best lots of research and we finally settelled for st Rafaella Hospital .We were not disappointed Everything was done well and perfectly and the Agent was intouch all the way through it all.I would recommend anyone to go through them.My mother got. her Treatment and we are very greatful.It was a very stressful time knowing that my mother had to go for radioiodine for her thyroid turns out she did not need that and that there was other Options available .We are thankful.

We had an online consultation with Dr. Carlo de Vincentiis, through a female translator. The translator translated everything word for word, there were no barriers in communicating with the doctor. Before the consultation, a CT scan and ultrasound were sent to the clinic in advance. After studying the materials, Dr. Carlo de Vincentiis explained everything clearly and in detail. He told me how to live further, what to do... My only regret is that I did not go to this clinic earlier. The son is 5 years old, it was necessary to carry out a radical operation on the aortic valve, plastic or Rosa operation. The second is very difficult to perform, so it was important to find a surgeon with extensive experience. Alessandro Frigiola has a lot of experience. In Moscow, there are generally few reviews about Italian medicine, but after visiting here I can safely recommend this doctor, operations are performed here every day, everything is thought out to the smallest detail and you do not care, as in Moscow, for example, what equipment or conditions for treatment are lacking. I liked the San Donato clinic itself, despite the fact that almost no one speaks Russian, language barriers almost did not interfere, the staff are caring, they treat children with love. The atmosphere is pleasant here. Special thanks to the staff of international treatment organizations, the department may not write correctly, but I think it's clear. For all questions 24/7, you can contact them, Olga Gribova helped organize everything for a whole year. An excellent translator, Mariana, who also helps to communicate with doctors in the clinic and is constantly in touch if any problems arise. For all questions, even those that did not concern treatment, the girls always responded very responsively and helped. Thanks to them, the trip turned out to be much easier morally and with less worries. I was allowed to visit my son in intensive care. He stayed there for 2 days, and could have stayed less, but there were delays due to a smear on the covid, so they decided to keep him there, because the operation was difficult. Accommodation here is separate from the hospital, but Olga also helped with this issue. Everything was organized very quickly, there is no red tape with documents, as, for example, in Germany. As for the ward itself, in principle, everything is like everywhere else, I have no particular complaints.
