I would highly recommend the SoracaMed clinic. Everything was organised, without delay, which is very important for a person who came for medical services from another country. The qualification and attitude of the medical staff and the doctor is above all praise. There is an interpreter coordinator, which makes the process so easy. The amount for the services was also the same as what I had been quoted in correspondence prior to my arrival in the country. Bookimed was so helpful and extremely nice. Everything they told me was to the detail accurate. I was very nervous about this because we’d never traveled that far before, just so many unknowns. But from the minute we were picked up from the airport we felt completely comfortable. Even with the language barrier, there were tons of laughs, smiles and hugs. I am from Denmark. I am visiting the clinic for the second time with various dental problems and also aesthetics. I was always met at the airport on time and even with flowers. I was accommodated in a good hotel with breakfast included and paid for - this is also important. Transportation from the hotel to the clinic and back or, if desired, to any point in Izmir. In the clinic, translators are always nearby who participate in the treatment process and answer all questions. Doctors (young) work quickly and efficiently. There are also dental technicians who quickly make crowns - literally before your eyes. Teeth scanning is also done in the clinic. The atmosphere is very friendly, relaxed. There are a lot of clients from different countries with whom it is pleasant to discuss common problems. After completing the work, clients receive a quality guarantee - for 5 years in my case. Upon returning to my country, I can always ask a question by phone and receive a quick answer.

I had my implants placed at the YEG clinic, a good, clean, modern dentistry with good equipment. The implantologist is a professional, placed the implants in less than an hour, quickly and painlessly. Attentive and caring staff at the clinic, kept in touch with me all the time. There was an interpreter during the operation. Transfers were organised from the airport to the hotel, to the clinic and back. The fee was about the same as we had discussed, except for a few things that really can not be taken into account in advance. The prices are very good. I recommend the clinic! 👍👍👍

I rate the organisation of the treatment five points out of five! I have no complaints about the medical staff and the quality of treatment so far and I hope I will not have any later. The only thing that marred the overall good impression was that initially I was promised a jaw of 14 teeth and the price was calculated accordingly. When taking impressions, I specified how many teeth I was told 14, and silently put 12 and did not inform me, I immediately noticed myself and I was refunded the money for the missing teeth. In addition, in the process of treatment it turned out that I need to install 2 implants and three crowns in another place and I paid for this work, but only at home I found out that I instead of 3 teeth installed only 2. I informed the administrator Natalia about this two days ago, but I still haven't received any answer from her and no refund of the overpaid amount. It is a pity that the good work of specialists is overshadowed by such circumstances. And if the administration of the clinic behaved differently, I would recommend this clinic to all my friends all over the world, of whom I have many, with a clean soul and a great desire. But for now I will not do it.

I had two wisdom teeth removed and unlike other clinics and other doctors, there is no scam here, I was told that I had 5 cavities, but in fact, there was nothing. I highly recommend this clinic. Everything is explained, no hidden costs. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Of course, it was very exciting to have my teeth treated abroad, but on the phone I was assured that there was no reason to worry and it turned out to be 100 per cent true! I was picked up at the airport, brought to the dentist's office where I was met by an assistant translator and on the same day I was seen by my doctor. There is no language problem in communicating with the doctor, there is no problem to ask a question, ask more about the treatment, etc. as there is always an interpreter nearby. All procedures were scheduled for the next day and I was kindly escorted to the hotel, which is located next to the dentistry. I want to say straight away that all your wishes will be taken into account and the doctors will do their best to make you happy and with a beautiful smile! I am glad I chose this particular clinic!

I thought about it for a long time and finally made up my mind. I read a lot, looked, chose, and made my choice on this clinic. I liked absolutely everything, starting from the telephone consultation, help in finding air tickets, meeting at the airport with a bouquet of flowers, transfer to the hotel in a nice car, with a friendly driver, a nice interpreter and wifi. The hotel is also on the level **** , close to the seafront and the big market, with breakfast. Every day shuttle from the hotel to the clinic and back, if you want they will take you to the big shopping centre. The staff at the clinic is super, the equipment is modern, professional. I am happy with everything, we extracted all the remaining teeth, installed 12 implants, I feel good and happy, in three months I will have a mouth full of teeth, 28 crowns !!!! Dreams come true . I visited the clinic from the UK to have 28 crowns. I have to admit I was sceptical. Mavidenta clinic stood out to me for fairness and reviews so I followed this through with them. Bookimed was consistent and answered all my questions prior offering support. The clinic connected me and made all the arrangements including transfers from the airport to the clinic and hotel. I booked my hotel separately as I wanted self catering and an apartment. I made sure I was within a close travel distance to the clinic. When I arrived at the clinic I was met by a translator who explained everything. I met with the Dr who was truly an expert in her field. The clinic was spotlessly clean , modern and staff were also the same. I discussed my treatment plan again at the clinic as it appeared I would need some root canal work and filling which were additional. I also upgraded the quality of the crowns. I paid half of the treatment up front and reserved the rest for the end. The treatment took 6 days and I was at the clinic 5 of the days. Total time at the clinic each day would range from 1hr too 5hrs. I was given prescriptions for antibiotics and pain relief. The entire process was reflective of the cost and quality. The clinic was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but it was and did deliver a high quality finish and service. I don't believe you could get much better. If your hesitant about visiting don't be. For me this was worth every penny. Tips and things to be aware of: If your paying by debit or credit card you will need to pay local tax. If you pay cash you don't. Don't expect this to be a pain free process. It's dental work. However the clinic and staff are super professional and your given pain relief. Allow yourself a few days extra at the end of the treatment so if there are any complications you can sort them out and allow yourself time to enjoy parts of the city at the same time. Try and book accommodation close to the rail network or within a 30 min walk. Overall I was highly satisfied with the entire process and would recommend the clinic and process to anyone who is thinking of visiting
