The support staff were truly exceptional, making a very difficult situation feel much more manageable, and the clinic facilities were solid. I would say my experience was overall good. However, there were some communication hurdles to navigate. While general language support was adequate, I felt this was a weak point during crucial consultations with the surgeon himself, which led to some uncertainty. This is the main reason for my lower rating for the doctor. It's just something to be prepared for. I am now focused on my recovery.
