Whether the doctor would really have the expertise was my main worry. That worry was unfounded. The doctor was excellent and very knowledgeable. Separately, Maria from Bookimed was excellent. She responded quickly at all times and took care to check all the details for my gastroenterology consultation. On the other hand, I found that the clinic staff were slow to respond. They also forgot to book one important test, which was a significant oversight in the organization of my visit. The clinic itself was very good.

If you are considering a consultation with a neurosurgeon, my initial steps have been handled very well. The entire process felt organized from the beginning. My bookimed coordinator was amazing, really helpful and efficient, which made a significant difference. The surgeon was professional and clear during our remote meeting. It’s still early for me. I’ve only had a remote initial appointment so far, so can’t rate the hospital yet! But based on the coordination and communication, I feel I'm in good hands. This level of support is reassuring as I begin my recovery journey.

We received an online consultation, although we were supposed to attend the appointment in person due to health-related reasons, we were unable to travel. Our coordinator was exceptionally helpful, organized, and understood our situation. We are pleased with the clinic's services. Thank you.
